  2. The data in the admin portal's user sidebar (inspector) doesn't match what the contributor sidebar shows for that user

    If I view a user profile in the sidebar, their activity summary data is different from the activity summary data that I see in the admin console user inspector. They should match or be clear that they are showing different data. For example, in admin inspector/profile the lightbulb icon shows the number of suggestions that the user created, but in the contributor sidebar the lightbulb shows number of suggestions the users has supported. Also, in the admin user inspector there is a heart showing the number of votes the user has used, which is similar to the number of suggestion…

    Hi everyone!

    We appreciate your thoughts on this! We’ve moved away from the Inspector Sidebar being a key part of the product as we’ve introduced more features on our Users and Account Pages.

    As a result, we won’t be implementing this idea.

    Have ideas for ways we can make our User and Account pages even more valuable? Please, tell us!

  3. Weekly email with sidebar request stats

    As an admin or contributor, I'd like to get a weekly email with a summary of this week's requests to help me drive adoption of the sidebar internally and to make sure I am on top of the feedback coming in through our internal teams.
    - total requests this week per team and per person
    - top suggestions for the week per team, with # requests per suggestion, and customer names
    - any new suggestions created by a contributor

    Hi everyone!

    Our Product Team reviewed this idea, and discussed internally.

    We built the “My Feedback” section in settings to list ideas a user has supported either by leaving a comment or casting a vote.

    While we can definitely understanding users wanting to see ideas they created, but no longer support, this is not a use case we designed this part of the application for.

    We do have supporter mode now for our product forums, which does let users support as many ideas as they want.   6. Option to require an email address and message for NPS Ratings

    If a user submits an NPS rating, they aren't required to leave a message or even give an email address. This can be frustrating for several reason...

    For passives and detractors, you want to know why they gave you a low score. Just getting a 0 or 4 doesn't help.

    If they don't give an email address either, you have no way to follow up and ask why.

  7. Trello Integration

    They have a REST API - we use Trello to manage sofware projects & it would be nice if userVoice was able to create items in Trello automatically.

    Hi everyone!

    Thanks so much for your interest in this. We did start work on this for Helpdesk API, but our focus has since shifted to the UserVoice API.

    After discussing internally, our product team wants to focus on building out our API documentation and endpoints to give more flexibility when building integrations.

  9. Widget Experience on Mobile: Orientation Resize has a delay

    When the uservoice widget is rendered in landscape mode on mobile, it takes a second or two to resize so that it looks okay. This is without scrolling and seems like the resizing has a delay.

    Our Engineering team looked into this. We do expect it could take the widget a second or two to resize when viewing in landscape mode on mobile.

    Thanks for your feedback around this idea! This isn’t something that’s part of our current product vision for our Jira integration so we are going to defer the idea.

    You can still vote and if we begin to hear from more customers around this, we will consider revisiting.

  12. Surface the ability to move categories from the hamburger menu

    It would be nice to be able to move a suggestion from the hamburger menu or edit functionality. Also surfacing the forum/category from the activity feed would reduce time taken to triage

  16. Have a feature view for executives

    Have a view of features for just executives where they can play around with what their PMs are saying are impacts to see how that changes priority if they want to evaluate the feature as a lower level effort or different impact without altering the standard copy

    When capturing feedback on a page, the Sidebar at times covers up relevant content. would be ideal if it pushed the parent page content over, or wrapped to the sidebar.

  20. Set comment notifications based on number of comments

    Allow admins (or users) to setting limits such as send a notification when an idea gets more than 5 comments.
