Add an Idea ID or identifier to the idea properties With no identifier on the suggestions or ID listed in the properties, there is no quick way to track ideas or send one to a coworker for easy search other than the URL.

The ID of an Idea is now shown at the top of the Idea Detail sheet in addition being copyable from the Idea Title on the grid.
You're also able to copy the ID from the top of the Idea Detail sheet.

Fully display suggestion text when pushing it to Slack Currently, when a suggestion is pushed to slack it is not easy to read. We need to expand the window in order to see the text. It would be nice if we could fully display the suggestion text without having to expand the text.

Update the hosted JIRA Integration to support secure firewall settings. Currently the documentation on integrating with JIRA requires companies to expose their JIRA to the entire internet. Need to be able to lock it down by hostname or IP address so that the hole in the firewall is not open to the entire internet. Asking UserVoice Customers to open the firewall to the entire internet puts their organization at risk for compromise.

Show update date in columns in Admin Console Be able to sort in the grid by last Updated date. The column picker shows "created/updated" but then only gives the option to show created date.

API v2 endpoint for adding supporters to a suggestion There is and endpoint for adding a request in v2, but that requires qualitative feedback which is different than the v1 endpoint for voting: https://developer.uservoice.com/docs/api/reference/#_api_v1_forums_forum_id_suggestions_suggestion_id_votes_post
There is no way to support a suggestion (without adding a request) in v2 of the API.

Setting "None" status after responding with another status. Please restore the ability to select "None" for the status label after a status has been assigned. We respond to ideas using the "none" status to confirm that we've seen them, and to let users know that their idea is a good one, however - If I need to ask a question, I update with a different status for tracking purposes. And currently, if they respond to the question I ask, I'm unable to put the status back to "None" - I have to switch to the old uservoice interface in order to accomplish this, it's quite irritating.

Microsoft Account (MSA) SSO Provide SSO support for MSA. MSA encompasses Microsoft provided accounts, such as @live, @hotmail, and @microsoft only.
Adding this support would allow a forum to remain public, while still being mandatory for users to sign in to their MS account if they want to leave feedback, vote, or comment on an idea.

View content of messages sent to subscribers After I send a message to subscribers, I am unable to see the content of the message I sent them to refer back to. I like using the UserVoice interface to do this to get analytics, however when following up I am disappointed that I cannot refer back to the text of my message.

We recently rolled out some updates to our Message Subscribers feature.
You will now see the message you sent on the idea detail page, and when users write back, their responses will be saved in UserVoice.

Add more "No customer activity" filters Please add the following filters to the Suggestions Customer Activity filter:
-No customer activity in the last 30 days
-No customer activity in the last 60 daysOr something similar. 90 days is very useful, but we have too many incoming ideas, would like to clean it out more aggressively using this filter.

Go to edit mode when entering an idea When bringing up an idea in the admin console, have it already be editable so that there are not more clicks required.

Team Chat Start a Thread on a Message I see and can thread onto a post if it was created in Internal Comments, however I don't seem to have the ability to thread onto a new Team Chat post? Please add this capability.

Team Chat Notification Team Chat is not prompting notifications in the bell and I would like the tagged recipient to receive email notification. It doesn't seem to be happening.
1 voteAll admins that have participated in the chat will receive an in-app notification and any @mentioned users will also receive an email notification.
Note: the sender of the message will not receive a notification regarding their own sent messages.

Internal comments This is not a good design. Why would you want people to click on 'Post comment' to start typing their internal comment? It used to be more straightforward and easy.... now, you've made already bad design, even worse.
Please reconsider. This whole screen is so clunky and unintuitive. You need to work on making things simpler and more fluid:
- sharing between colleagues should be easy to access and action
- get rid of the Public comment option, or move it away. When I click on 'Internal comments' I should be able to post ONLY internal comments. Public ones are to be…

A new interface for internal collaboration has been released to improve on the way Internal Comments work. Look for Team Chat on the right rail of the Idea Details page.
- @mentions have been improved
- attachments (images and videos) now have an inline preview
- multiple attachments can be added at once
In addition, Public Comments are now their own control, with no overlap with the way internal comments used to work. When using the "Post Public Comment" button on the Idea Details page, only Public Comments can be made. We hope the additional labeling adds clarity and reduces steps.

Show AI recommeded labels from detail page When navigating to an individual idea, I should be able to see recommended (AI derived) labels, as well as accept/decline them like I can from the list view.
I recently included AI labels in an export and needed to easily decline/accept the label from the idea's detail page vs searching for each idea on the list view

Impact report Download to PDF When you download an Impact report, the numbers from the metric section do not appear in the PDF.
The attached file: Impact REports.pdf is from the browsder print to PDF.
The unified activity digest.pdf is using the download to pdf function.
1 voteThis should be fixed now as new reports are generated. Re-running a report will also re-generate the PDF, or if there's one you need to retrieve a new version of, let us know and we can remove the cached PDF.

allow conversation to continue after idea is resolved (re-open on new comment from users) Hey team!
It's really frustrating to be unable to comment further on a recently closed idea. Sometimes they are closed in error or because of a misunderstanding and you let me write a public comment and then say it can't be saved.
Better if I could either comment, re-open, or otherwise do something to indicate that I'm not satisfied with the outcome. Otherwise it's not really listening to the voice of the user...
1 voteThank you for the feedback! This can be achieved by setting your closed statuses to having a user permission of "comment only", which can be found in the public status configurations of settings.
