Public and Internal Comment Radio Button Doesn't Switch When Replying Internally in a Thread In the Idea Detail page, when you click on an Internal Comment to "Reply Internally" the radio button in the top dialogue comment box radio button doesn't switch to "internal." This appears confusing as to whether your comment is internal or public facing.

A new interface for internal collaboration has been released to improve on the way Internal Comments work. Look for Team Chat on the right rail of the Idea Details page.
- @mentions have been improved
- attachments (images and videos) now have an inline preview
- multiple attachments can be added at once
In addition, Public Comments are now their own control, with no overlap with the way internal comments used to work. When using the "Post Public Comment" button on the Idea Details page, only Public Comments can be made. We hope the additional labeling adds clarity and reduces steps.

Bug in edit dialog If I edit an idea, then close a window with that idea the edit dialog reopens. I think this may be a bug? It's happened a few times since the last updates

New admin UI not respecting code snippets/blocks The new UI that was introduced today in the Admin Console is not accepting plain text code snippets. Our clients tend to copy and paste source code into feedback. In the new UI for admins, these snippets are being treated like active code, and therefore, we can not read or interpret what is being asked.

Bulk edit idea custom fields from list view the new custom fields and filters are great. just need bulk actions to take it even further. especially helpful for backfilling prior ideas with the new data.

Make search parameters actually work in merge target search Search in Merge target window not functioning as it should be - quotations and minus symbols not changing search results to limit results to actual exact matches as specified by quotations, and including matches specifically excluded by minus symbols.
1 voteMerge search is now driven by AI! The system will understand the meaning of the search terms you add, so in addition to keyword matches, Ideas that are conceptually similar will be returned.

Copy Direct Link to Idea within Idea detail from Idea List I'd like the ability to get a link to a specific idea from within the idea detail. Right now, I can only get that link from the idea list, but I am frequently viewing a specific idea and want to grab the direct link rather than the long URL for the idea-in-list with all the URL params.
Use case: Opening multiple ideas to consider a merge, decide NOT to merge, but want to cross-link in an internal comment for further discussion w/ team.
1 voteApologies for not send an update on this when we completed it. You can copy a link to an Idea that will point a user to either the Admin Console or to the Web Portal by using the Share (links) icon in the upper right of the Idea Detail sheet.

Increase the maximum number of options for the Select List type Idea Custom Field. The current maximum for the select list idea custom field is 50 selections. Please consider increasing this.

Harassing emails One of our employees complains that she receives a lot of SPAM messages from USERVOICE.
I am attaching a screenshot and asking you to take care of it.1 voteOur Technical Success team was alerted to a SPAM issues that occurred Feb 12-13 across multiple accounts. We've since moved these tickets to SPAM inboxes and deleted all of the created SPAM accounts.

Label menu to be uncollapsed When clicking the + sign on the Idea grid to add a label, the list is collapsed by default resulting in an added click. Would recommend that when the + is clicked, the list is open for quick selection
1 vote💫We're thrilled to announce updates to our labeling experience! We prioritized ease of use and to make label application faster. In addition to our coming label recommendations, we hope these productivity enhancements make Idea triage even easier.
🚀 Here are the improvements we made:
- We added expand all/collapse all functionality on all label dialogs
- We made the expanded state the default experience everywhere that labels have already been applied
- Exposed label settings are accessible everywhere labels can be applied, so that the creation of new labels is always available
- We unified the label modal across all areas where label application is used
- The label modal is larger so that longer labels are easier to read and you can see more labels in the window
- Performance increases come along with the updated label modal
- When you open the label dialog, the search box is automatically in focus, so you can just…

Display Product Area on Roadmap Cards Previously on the Roadmap the Product Area displayed on the card view. In the refresh, it's been removed. I used Product Area to display the team the initiative has been assigned to and it was useful to see. Please add it back to the card OR provide an option to customize the card format. The icons for revenue, ideas, etc are less useful to me.

Allow me to see all my saved views in the dropdown The new Saved View dropdown only shows the first 20 saved views. I have several others that do not show. Please add these other views to the dropdown so I don't need to click into Manage Views to access them.

Have Jira issues created from UserVoice reflect the Jira instance's default priority When creating a Jira issue from UserVoice, the Jira priority is set at the highest. It would be great if the integration could be updated to reflect our jira's default priority or default to medium.

New Idea Grid - Make Internal Status Colors more Visible With the new list view, the internal status colors are now only represented by a thin line and small dot. These get lost in the list view and are not easy to quickly differentiate. See attached.
Suggestion: Fill the boxes with the appropriate color similar to the previous view

On the idea grid, allow the Idea Title Copy/Paste to include the hyperlink In the previous list view, when I highlighted the idea title and copy, the paste included the URL. The new list view does not include the URL.
This made it very fast for me to share a link with a team.

New List View: For filters move Clear All button to Top In the new list view UX, within the filters sidebar, can you please move the "Clear All" button to the top. For long lists, like labels, that's a lot of scrolling that I need to do now.

We've made at update so that the "Clear All" will remain sticky as you scroll long lists of labels, Public Statuses, Forums etc. This should eliminate the amount of scrolling needed to clear selected filters when working with a large number of filters.

Update Description verbiage in contributor console to indicate that the idea description will be public In the Contributor tools, the Description header says "Description (optional)". We would love to have this indicate that this field is public similar to the feedback section indication that that section is private.

importance rating - ability to edit labels We've gotten feedback from our users that they don't like the 'not at all important' choice. All of their suggestions are important. We would prefer to call it 'Nice to Have'. Thanks!

You can now also:
- Sort the Idea Grid by average importance rating
- Enable/disable importance ratings per forum
- View importance rating information from the Idea Grid exports
- View importance rating responses per user and account

Lock icon on webportal for private forums As an admin, I just want some confidence that the portals that are marked as ‘hidden’ are actually hidden – I can’t visually tell right now on the homepage.

On the web portal home page, admins will now be able to easily see which forums are private. Private forums now include a lock icon that differentiates them from public forums.
