Reply emails contain link to Original Post
When replying to a post, the email should contain a link to the original post. Currently, I send out several a day and I have no idea which ticket is referencing.

Hi everyone! Thank you for feedback around this.
We’ve just rolled out an update so if you reply to a user’s feedback, the email will include a link back to the original suggestion.

When replying to a customers comment on a suggestion, the email does not contain enough information to provide context to the customer. You need to include the
Suggestion Title and Description along with the customers comment in the email, so they have the context for the reply.
