Improve search menu for Contributor Sidebar to help mitigate against duplicate feedback
Provide filtering capabilities, like in the admin console, to be able to search for relevant ideas to capture feedback against.

Great news, there's now an official UserVoice Feedback Capture Extension! This extension will replace the sidebar for feedback capture functionality.
The new extension includes an AI-powered search that dramatically improves search results for reduced dupilcates.
You can install it from the Chrome extension marketplace, and we'd love your feedback!

Some of the forums are archived and not relevant, and I don't need their results cluttering my search in the contributor console.

When using the contributor sidebar in salesforce or in the browser extension, the "link to existing idea" box should begin to find related ideas as the feedback is being submitted.

It would be helpful if the Contributor Console search to default to Ideas when performing a search, as that is the most common item we will be searching for

Today, agents can filter ideas in the Zendesk sidebar app by Forum, and they can do a text search within those. It would be awesome if once they select a forum, they could also filter by the categories in that forum. This would help them find the right idea if a text search produces a lot of results.

Additionally, I would like to be able to copy the suggestion URL from the sidebar. This would be useful for quickly locating an existing ticket to link in slack without having to open the forum in a new window to find an existing suggestion that I would like to share with a team member.

I would like to be able to run a quick search of the ideas in my forum from the contributor sidebar. Currently I can only search for ideas from the sidebar while capturing a customer request.
