Give admins the ability to flag an idea as important from the admin console
Add the ability for admin users to set this flag on ideas already submitted for internal communication processes.
This can only be done today from the contributor console or contributor sidebar.

Admins can now flag ideas as important from the admin console. Find this new feature from the options menu on all ideas.

Our Customer Success team may want to flag an existing idea as important if it is becoming clear that it's important to a renewal. They may not understand that upon the initial creation of the idea.

We would like to be able to "Flag as Important" after the initial feedback is captured. Sometimes our Contributors forget to flag initially or decide they want to escalate the idea after the initial capture.
