Immediately focus 'Search labels' input field when assigning a new label
When I choose to assign a new label while editing an idea in a console, the search field does not get a focus, so I can immediately start typing the name of the label I wan to pick. And since typing is not used for anything else with this dialog displayed, it’s a waste of the modality.
