Add an AI Agent to consolidate feedback/MCP Server
AI agents are the rage these days. I think it would be great to ask questions to an AI bot that helps users find relevant ideas, identify target audiences, etc
For example, I could conversationally ask, "what are the most active ideas in the last 90 days for a particular client segment" and it would automatically provide a prefiltered list and even possible an impact report type export.
Because our data set is so large, many internal teams find the platform a bit intimidating. This would overall significantly improve usability to consume the data and answer the specific questions they have -- without having to understand how things are organized, what filters are available, etc

Need this so badly to integrate with modern workflows. At the bare minimum need it to read and search for feedback by description, category, forum, label and date range.
UserVoice is falling behind many other product capture tools (Canny - https://github.com/itsocialist/canny-mcp-server) Intercom (https://developers.intercom.com/docs/guides/mcp) without this.

We would appreciate a rather easy integration and connect our accounts from e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Mistral to Uservoice and use sort of a usecase-template to:
- Search for ideas in similar context which is missed by the "AI Merge" (which happens regularly)
- Update, Merge, Create, Delete Ideas
- Automate Moderation. This takes time, the Spam filter doesn't work. An LLM integration could work as a pre filter to make it easier.
- Create lists or filters from a specific context e.g. to clean.
- Auto Translate comments and ideas

Investigating, I cannot find any existing AI agents that allow Uservoice and Salesforce to exist as sources, so there is currently nothing that would allow for analysis of the types of users/accounts associated with an idea(s).
