Team Chat Notification
Team Chat is not prompting notifications in the bell and I would like the tagged recipient to receive email notification. It doesn't seem to be happening.

All admins that have participated in the chat will receive an in-app notification and any @mentioned users will also receive an email notification.
Note: the sender of the message will not receive a notification regarding their own sent messages.
