UserVoice has several new export options to help you better analyze feedback and users.

- You can now export a list of users almost anywhere in UserVoice – the main users list, users supporting a suggestion, or in an account. The export includes all the information that we have about the user, including their custom fields, accounts, and location.

- For custom analysis of trends and user segments, try the new ‘enhanced analysis’ option for suggestion exports. This export includes the selected suggestions along with all their supporting users, accounts, location, and traits. Use the export in any tool like Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau to slice, dice, and graph. - All of this data is also available via API and more exports are coming soon.

We have started on features that will allow you to easily view and manage your user and accounts traits. Once all the work is complete, you will be able to export this data as well as access it via API.

We’ve added an endpoint to our API to get a user’s traits:
