Better auditing and bulk actions for managing users and admins
Such as bulk block users, delete users, delete forum access/invitation, delete admins/contributors, change permissions.
Filtering would be a plus to help with bulk actions

Either through a CSV template, or check box method, finding a method to batch delete end-users would be efficient when updating our user database.

We need to audit our current internal users for the correct access levels and remove users who are no longer employees. The current UX doesn't make this quickly done. There is no way to filter by Teams or Licence, for example. There are no bulk actions to change permissions/teams, or remove access.
As we look to expand our number of Admin users, this will become critical.

Our forums are all private so we have to manually white list users by email. It would be super useful to batch re-send the invite to all who have not claimed their login/account. Currently this is only possible to do one-user-at-a-time. We have thousands of customers and doing this one at a time just isn't feasable.

As an admin, I'd like an ability to bulk update user permissions.
In addition to this, it would be nice to bulk update permissions from groups/teams of contributors created in UV to admins. -

Bulk delete would be very handy. We have hundreds of inactive users imported from the previous platform. They have never logged in since we started using UserVoice and we have no right to keep any of their data.
Deleting them manually is very time-consuming. -

I support this. Being able to select multiple Users on the "Users & Accounts" page and then being able to resent the invite would make it easier on admins.
Actually, if implementing a multi-select feature on the "Users & Accounts" page, I would also suggest that you offer the ability to also perform other bulk actions such as:
* Disable
* Delete
* Add to Forum
* Remove from Forum -

I am in this situation right now - have to resend to a number of folks who have not yet accepted - 900 of them and really did not want to click on each one. Would like this to be an enhancement.

We've recently seen activity that indicates illicit voting with spam accounts all originating from the same IP address. Currently, I can only delete or block those users, one-by-one, in an item where they've voted, and each time I delete one, I get kicked back to the full user list and not the users voting for the post in question.
Apart from better spam and bot prevention from UserVoice as a whole, the ability to quickly find all accounts originating from a particular IP address or other field, and modify those accounts in a batch operation, would be helpful.

If you are inviting a large group of contributors, then it's very possible you will need re-invite several at once.
Right now you have to click through one by one and re-invite, which is too many clicks.
