Hi – we have spent time investigating this and talking with many of you, and have decided to defer from building this for the time being. In our conversations with customers, we came across many different use-cases for custom fields and think we could potentially provide better, native support for some of the common use-cases like “priority” or “impact” rather than attempting to solve several problems with this one feature. We may revisit this idea after providing out-of-box support for the most common use cases.

Hey all,
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide this feature.
Looking into this a bit more and collaborating with the team at Slack we learned that Slash commands in threads is not functionality they support.
We’ll have to hold tight until Slack supports this before we can make this available for the UserVoice to Slack Integration.
Sorry I don’t have better news here.

Hi everyone! First, I want to apologize for the delay in an update here. Leaving an idea in “started” for two years is not clear or transparent communication with you, our customers! We are not currently working on a feature that allows you to export users with their ideas, votes, comments and requests. So we are going to move this idea back to “no status” for now. Please, continue to share your thoughts around this idea. This isn’t a “no.” But we do want to be upfront, though, that this is not currently on our Roadmap. Since this idea was created, we’ve released two features that could help with some of the paint points shared around this idea, and we want to share those.
The Analysis Export lets you export a list of ideas and their supporters: Measure the Impact of Ideas with the Analysis Export.
The Users export…
An error occurred while saving the comment We need something to give clients (or they can view themselves) that displays all the ideas they have created and voted on individually and as a company. This helps reduce the burden of manually managed GAP lists.

Since converting to the Tray.io sync, this has become less of an issue for us since we can pull most/if not all of what we already need for fields tied to an account. We would like to see more fields beyond those tied to account or user records though, IE Opportunities. We are pretty limited there at the moment.
What would you then want to use that data to do?
I agree with Emily that being able to filter is pretty big here. Right now we are exporting to filter in excel. while this works, it adds additional effort from teams that I already have difficulty encouraging adoption.
What action would this allow you to perform that you can't today?
More efficient processes to glean insights on idea segmentation.
