Assign & filter feedback by admin (and team)
Especially once they've moved to the "under review" or "planned" statuses - need an easier way to make sure there's follow up on these things.
We would like to have the ability to assign individual owners to a given suggestion. This solves the problem of lack of ownership for suggestions which fall between categories.

Provide tool to compute KPI (average response time, % of suggestion answered with n days, number of suggestion per months, etc) in UserVoice. Today, the way to do that is to Extract to Excel and compute KPI there - but this means manual steps that could be avoided.

We really need this feature! Our team of only 3 admins handles over 280 ideas. This would save us an enormous amount of time.

This is our #1 need right now as a product team handling over 100 ideas. We would like this at all stages of the process.
"Individual response rates" - looking for out of X many ideas, the admin responded to Y amount
Could also include "admin x has y number of 'completed' status updates with messages"

This would help a lot. I don't understand why ideas should be treated differently than feedback.

This would make me, like, so happy (and save SO much time). I'm surprised UserVoice doesn't have this feature already—any word on whether this will happen (and if so, timeframe)?
As I read through "enhancement improvements" that are really just training issues, I'd like to assign that feedback comment to the appropriate account manager to follow up with that person. It would be great if I could assign feedback just like I can assign tickets.

If we could have custom fields/tags on ideas, I would use one to assign ideas to specific product teams.
