We would like to have the ability to assign individual owners to a given suggestion. This solves the problem of lack of ownership for suggestions which fall between categories.

Contributors want to be able to subscribe to status updates for a specific customer account. This way they can contributor notifications not just on ideas they've captured feedback on, but any ideas that account has supporters on. This can be especially helpful for CSM and AM's who manage specific accounts.

Hi – we have spent time investigating this and talking with many of you, and have decided to defer from building this for the time being. In our conversations with customers, we came across many different use-cases for custom fields and think we could potentially provide better, native support for some of the common use-cases like “priority” or “impact” rather than attempting to solve several problems with this one feature. We may revisit this idea after providing out-of-box support for the most common use cases.

Allow users the ability to review their aggregated suggestions based on their account(company).
