Contributors can use a web site to add feedback from customers
When a contributor is logged into the forum web site, they can add a customer to an existing idea or create a new idea on behalf of the customer.

i.e. not limit it to contributors through sidebar

As an alternative to the using the sidebar we want the ability for internal users to submit feedback on behalf of users.
