Automatically translate feedback (ideas/comments) to create multilingual forums
Instead of creating separate forums for each language, automatically translate feedback (suggestions and comments) into each user’s own language. This would help prevent duplicate suggestions across different forums.
This functionality is now generally available. Please contact your UserVoice contact or support@UserVoice.com for pricing information and to have this added to your account.

Good Morning! Love seeing this type of platform. I notice all ideas are posted in both French and English which is great, however any comments left are only available in the language they are written. A suggestion would be have a "Translate" button similar to yammer so that we can read each others feedback on the ideas without having to copy paste to an external translator. Thanks and I am looking forward to being active in this forum :)

I was just looking if UserVoice could provide a feedback system for our organisation. We would need some sort of machine translation system, so that users can submit feedback in their native language and our distributed teams could easily understand the suggestions ! Something like the translation option in MS Teams Chat would be ideal.

We want to build suggestions for end users and having this feature will be great .
moreover, it will be great if you added the Arabic language to the languages menu. -

Currently the site text is defined at the portal / App level and is in a unique language for all users.
It would be great to provide multi-language support by translating automatically the site text based on the user language settings. -

As we are active in different countries in Europe this is a cruciaal feature for us. It would be nice if a customer is able to post in his own language, and would see the translations of other posts in his own language.

Better multi language support for forums.

To support customers from all over the world, we need the ability to localize our site, including forums, categories and statuses based on a customer's browser language setting.

We currently have 4 different UV accounts to handle the EN / FR /ES and ZH languages.
It works well from the user's perspective but is a pain to manage internally as we need different accounts to access each instance.
Also, the current pricing model prevents us from using individual accounts and multi-lingual support team members cannot assign tickets to one another easily.I would also happily give all my votes for a multi-lingual version of UV.
I do not care about the site but specific widgets pointing to specific knowledge bases in the right language would do the trick! -

We are currently using separate forums for each language so the ideas can be in the proper language but it's annoying because the same ideas pop up in each forum and there's no way to link them together.

I'm trying to create my heldesk and it has to be in 2 languages. I was looking for how to translate it et now I know that I have to create it into 2 languages in the same application.
It's not great people can see the 2 languages.
It would be grate if the uservoice language would be attached to explorer language. Please, try to do it quickly. Thanks

I would *love* to be able to have UserVoice as our knowledge base, but this lacking feature is a deal breaker. We need to be able to have both a translated interface and translated content. In our case, choice 2) would be better, if we had the ability to export the complete contents of the system in a readable format (say, xml), translate it, and re-import it into a different language.
If I could give all my 9 votes to this idea, I would, without a second of thought.
