Add ability to add clipboard screenshots to Post New Idea
As a software developer, screenshots are crucial for users to communicate issues and suggestions to us. We need this functionality when a user is posting a new idea . Previous UserVoice efforts to obtain screenshots were complex and riddled with issues.
I have a better idea. Rather than trying to snip a screenshot, why not allow the user to simply paste an image that is already present in their clipboard? The user can use the Windows Snipping Tool (or any other screen capture tool) to capture the image, and easily paste the clipboard image in the browser/uservoice. This is an elegant & simple solution can be accomplished with a few lines of javascript, and the work has already been done for you. Simply copy and paste the code on the link below and you make the world a better place.

This would be a great addition in all areas of UserVoice - new ideas as well as in responding to clients through emails, or posting status update comments.
Clicking into an attachment to see something is not convenient or fluent in most use cases. Seeing that attachment right within the text you're reading is much more convenient, for end-users, as well as for us in responding to the client requests. In cases we're doing a 'Try This Instead' and explaining details on how to do something, screenshots you can see while you're reading are significantly more effective than attachments, which they actually have to click into the idea to access.
