Choose which accounts are synced in the Account Insights Salesforce Connector
When syncing accounts from Salesforce to UserVoice, give the option to ignore specific accounts.

What if UserVoice can be setup to ignore certain segments from SF? We could create a "Test" segment so that any test data from SF doesn't muddy our critical UserVoice data.

Filtering out prospect accounts would be our organisation's preference

Definitely, something that is needed. Even if you just had the option to not sync accounts that don't have a mapped status (Customer, prospect etc) that would be a bg step forward. Currently, it creates a lot of noise in the accounts view and as you can't filter in that view trying to see a list of all customers isn't really possible

Unfortunately we cannot use the SF connector without being able to set conditions on which contacts get synced, For example we only want active users who are end users to be synced, not the procurement or IT people.
