Hello 👋,
Thank you for your feedback on this idea.
We’ve recently introduced a 'Public (external)' share option for any Kanban style roadmap you create that allows for easy sharing of your roadmap in a public context. Visitors to the roadmap don't have to authenticate in order to view features across all statuses, filter by product area, explore additional feature details, or quickly access your web portal to leave further feedback.
Thanks again for your continued support.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tim Sewell commentedDefinitely, something that is needed. Even if you just had the option to not sync accounts that don't have a mapped status (Customer, prospect etc) that would be a bg step forward. Currently, it creates a lot of noise in the accounts view and as you can't filter in that view trying to see a list of all customers isn't really possible

100%. There is no easy way to view the details of linked ideas atm which makes navigating around this area really difficult. This could be done with a new "Ideas" tab across the top, similar to what you can see for Features on the idea. Would allow for quick navigation back and forth and enable you to filter/edit ideas directly from the feature.
