Do not require sign-in on Contact widget With the release of Magic Auth, legacy Contact mode for the the UV widget now requires email authentication before a ticket can be opened. This is not a good experience.

Ability to export report reflective of filters applied Customer would like to see the ability to export idea report that is reflective of their filtered view, instead of seeing all the information/columns that is available. It's good to see all information but in some cases they would like to see an export of what they have filtered out. For example, they would like to see an exported report that just has summary of idea, idea content, number of voters and creation date/last update only.

Remove flags from flagged ideas when they are no longer needed. Hi there,
The new ability for users capturing Feedback to flag an idea as important is awesome! It would be great if we could extend this functionality in a couple of ways:
- Add ability for admin users to remove flags once they have served their purpose.
- Add the ability for admin users to set this flag on ideas already submitted for internal communication processes.

A couple weeks back we introduced a feature called “Clear Flag” that allows users to remove a flag from an idea when it is no longer needed. This new feature is easily found when reviewing notes left on any flagged ideas.
Additionally, this idea had two separate and very good ideas that we have not yet built features for: allowing admins to flag ideas from the admin console and allowing admins to get notified via email when an idea has been flagged as important.

Add 'remember me' to the new email auth sign in dialogue Add 'remember me' to the new email auth sign in dialogue so that you can opt for longer sessions when you're on a trusted device.
5 votes“Remember Me” functionality is now in production – look for the checkbox underneath the email field, and you’ll need to log in a lot less frequently. Thanks for your patience with this!

Copy Idea Link Button in Admin Console Please add a "copy idea link" button to the Admin Console, just like the smartlink you have in the Contributor Console and Sidebar.
2 votesYou are now able to copy the link to an Idea directly from the Idea Grid or from the Idea Details sheet when looking at a single Idea. On the grid, hover your mouse over the Idea Title and click the copy icon. On the Idea Details sheet, click the Share Icon and choose whether you want to copy a link to the admin view of the Idea or the web portal view of the Idea.

Show link after an Idea created by and admin user or move to edit screen after create. When an admin user creates a new idea, after saving the idea the form closes and we have no quick way to get back to the new idea to add tags, internal comments or set internal status. Please either show a confirmation dialog that the idea has been created - with a URL to the new idea, OR update the users screen to be the edit page of the new idea.

We have replaced Magic Link with a custom confirmation/forgot password flow and the emails follow the same pattern as other UserVoice emails. We hope this eliminates confusion and simplifies understanding.

Add custom questions for contributors to fill out when creating an idea When internal team members create an idea, they only have to give a title. Often Product Teams want to ask their users for additional details and be able to make these fields required.
This allows Product Managers to get the full details they need from users when they post an idea, and limits them needing to follow up for more information.

You can now have team members using the UserVoice Feedback Extension answer custom questions while creating new Ideas. Read all the details here.
Questions can be configured alongside Custom Fields for Ideas. We've also overhauled the Custom Fields interface for better clarity and flexibility.
We're eager to see how you use Custom Questions so that we can extend this feature further! Let us know how it's working for you.
Of course, we know some people would like to ask questions in the portal and widget, but we want to use this first step to get your feedback.
If you'd like to add additional feedback about other places to use custom questions, we've split this very large idea and are capturing feedback about the portal and widget on this idea.

Extend Magic Link expiration time Currently, Magic link authentication expires after 10 minutes.
1 voteWe have removed Magic Link as a workflow vendor and replaced the flow with custom account verification. This should no longer be a problem.

Ability to search for Ideas by unique ID number each suggestion created in UserVoice gets its unique ID, but it is not a visible and searchable field. We would like to be able to search for ideas by ID number in the admin console

This is not the most obvious feature of idea search but we do support it today. Each idea has a unique ID that you can find under the properties section of each idea detail sheet. Searching for this ID directly on the idea grid will lead you directly to that idea. Take a look at the attached images for a specific example.

Show owner of feedback as who shared this on the public site When a contributor or any admin enters feedback for a user/customer, the idea displays on the public side as if the idea is owned by that contributor. We need for the idea to show as being owned/entered by the customer who provided the feedback initially. We would prefer to prevent all feedback to appear like it came from the company, or the perception of this. Also, when an idea is being moved to our dev teams, we create a project and list the customer/account who initially submitted the request. This is hard when the idea isn't listed as coming from…

Filter Ideas by number of votes I would like to have a filter where I could choose to see Ideas with certain number of votes. For example I want to see only Ideas with 1 vote. I know I can sort Ideas by votes, but with tens of thousands of Ideas in a forum its not very user friendly. Especially if you can see only 20 Ideas per page

With advanced filtering we've introduced the "# of Total Votes" filter. With this filter, you can identify ideas that meet a vote threshold specified by you in a given time frame. Additionally, you can do the same for comment , importance ratings, and number of accounts supporting an idea.

Access Saved View and Forum Settings from Secondary Nav The Manage Views screen enables me to quickly access Saved View and Forum settings in-line when reviewing your list of Saved Views and Forums.
With the introductions of the secondary navigation as well as the updated Ideas and Feedback section grouping, in order to get to the Manage Views page, I have to first navigate to the idea grid then go to the settings icon.
5 votesViews and lists can now be acted on directly from the secondary nav. Use the 3 dot menu to the right of any view or list to make changes.

More granular filtering of the Idea Insights Dasboard In the new Insight features it would be important to be able to apply filter by Forum, category, or even labels.

Improve your Online Help Function - it's sorely lacking! I'm not even sure this is the right area - I couldn't find one relted to Help and Support, so here we are.
Basically, can you please improve your help articles to include explicit instructions and/or diagrams?
Simply saying "Click hte icon on the bottom left" is hopeless!! I don't know what Icon you mean! Which screen? Do I even have this icon? What am I looking for? It's a bit like picking up a hire car in an airport carpark and just being told "collect the green one"Please make the help files ACTUALLY useful.
1 voteYou can now "get help" from within the Admin Console! Simply click the ?icon in the lower-left navigation (above your profile pic), and click 🖱️ "Get Help."
From there, articles relevant to your place in the app will appear. You can further search to resolve your query, or contact our Support Team!

Allow reporting of Salesforce Connector data with data in idea grid Currently, the data from the Salesforce connector can only be analyzed in the Account Insights report, which means you aren't able to use it alongside other data and custom fields in the idea grid view.
