Ability to insert an image or attach a file to an individual reply by Admin To post a reply as an admin, I click “Admin” link then click “Post Comment” or “Email Subscribers”.
Is there a way to insert an image or attach a file to an individual reply as an admin? I don’t see a button or link to add images or files to a reply.
I know that “Attach a File” is available when a user posts a new idea (feature request or bug) for the first time. But what about an individual reply?
8 votesGreetings from UserVoice,
When posting comments from the admin console, you now have the ability to include attachments.
You can also now include attachment when sending internal status updates and public status updates.
Checkout the image included with this status update.
Let us know what you think.
Thanks for the feedback!

Reply emails contain link to Original Post When replying to a post, the email should contain a link to the original post. Currently, I send out several a day and I have no idea which ticket is referencing.
4 votesHi everyone! Thank you for feedback around this.
We’ve just rolled out an update so if you reply to a user’s feedback, the email will include a link back to the original suggestion.

Hide unused fields from the User and Account record view Not the grid but the single page view.
2 votesFrom the Users or Accounts tab on an idea, you can hide/show each of the columns by clicking the column selector. Check out the attachment for reference.

Be able to delete attachments to Suggestions User-uploaded attachment to a suggestion cannot be removed, except by deleting the suggestion.
If the suggestion receives activity (moderator approval, comments, votes), it then cannot be deleted by the user.
If the attachment contains personal information, the user has no means to address the use/storage of their data.
1 voteHello,
You now have the ability to delete an attachment that was uploaded during the creation of an idea.
Give it a try. Let us know what you think.
Thanks,

Fully display suggestion text when pushing it to Slack Currently, when a suggestion is pushed to slack it is not easy to read. We need to expand the window in order to see the text. It would be nice if we could fully display the suggestion text without having to expand the text.
2 votesHey there,
Take a look at the attached image for a quick example of how the UserVoice to Slack integration gives you the ability to see the entirety of an Ideas description from Slack.
Thanks.

Add an Idea ID or identifier to the idea properties With no identifier on the suggestions or ID listed in the properties, there is no quick way to track ideas or send one to a coworker for easy search other than the URL.
2 votesHI there 👋🏻
The ID of an Idea is now shown at the top of the Idea Detail sheet in addition being copyable from the Idea Title on the grid.
You're also able to copy the ID from the top of the Idea Detail sheet.

Reactions to Internal Status Updates When Product Managers set an internal status on an Idea, they want to give their team members a feedback channel to comment on that status update.

Greetings from UserVoice,
We’ve recently made it possible for admins to send status updates (public and internal) on multiple suggestions at a time.
On the suggestion grid, in the admin console, see “More Actions” when selecting more than one suggestion.
Thanks for the feedback.

Filter Internal Roadmap By Product Area Different groups of stakeholders care about different parts of the roadmap, and for many stakeholders, the full roadmap is too broad. Many stakeholders only need to see specific parts of the roadmap, or a high-level view of what’s cooking. Tailoring your roadmap to the audience you’re sharing it with is one way to keep your presentations focused and useful for everyone.
10 votesGreetings from UserVoice,
We’ve identified two primary use-cases based on the feedback we’ve received for this idea.
First, allow for the internal to be filtered by product area so that stakeholders can focus on features in the product areas they most care about.
This feature is available today. See the attached gif to get a sense of what the internal stakeholder experience looks like.
I’ve repurposed this idea to cover this use-case.
The second use-case: Give admins the ability to created separate internal roadmaps per product area. These roadmaps would only include feature for one product area and have unique urls that can be shared.
For this use-case, I’ve created the following idea.
https://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1/suggestions/38070058
Please help me understand this use-case a bit more by supporting and commenting on that idea.
Thanks for the feedback!

Solicit feedback for a specific idea Allow admins to email a list of users about a specific idea. The email would include the idea details, and allow users to vote for the idea. This would allow admins to gather additional feedback from users who don't yet support their idea, and get their feedback.
1 voteIn case you missed it, you can now solicit feedback on a specific idea by using our Outreach feature! You can ask for feedback from voters or from other users who may have not yet seen the idea. Read more here.

Partial single word search results should show results When searching for part of a single word, return search results that would auto-complete that word.
Example: Searching "auto" should find ideas with "autocomplete" in the title.
25 votesHi!
Search has been updated for better partial word matches. Search results will first do partial word matches on idea title then idea descriptions.
Thanks,

Don't make the "Subscribe yourself to status updates?" setting checked by default when editing suggestion Many times a day I edit suggestions just to correct some typos or sometimes edit the title to make it easier to find and each time the "Subscribe yourself to status updates?" is checked. I wish this would stop. I'm managing the suggestion, I don't need to receive an e-mail when I will change the status..
3 votesHi everyone!
This was a bug, and it has now been fixed. The option to subscribe to status updates should only show when creating an idea from the admin console (not when editing an idea), and it should not be checked by default.
As part of this fix:
-You will no longer see the box when editing an idea.
-It will not be checked by default when you create an idea in the admin console. If you have any questions or this gives you any more issues, please, reach out to support@uservoice.com and we will be happy to help!

Ability to add custom branding (logo) to the Roadmap In cases where the "Share Roadmap" feature is used to distribute the roadmap internally (or have it displayed in a common area at all times), the ability to have a custom logo inserted on the top left corner of the page would be nice.
1 voteWe have added this feature! The Internal Roadmap will now use your company logo in settings.
It will display on the shared version of the Roadmap that your internal teams view.
To add or update your company logo, go to Settings → Web Portal → And click “Edit” on “Appearance and Features.”
Thank your for your feedback around this, and please continue to share!

UserVoice's own corporate Feedback need more maintenance It's great to see 650+ different ideas/suggestions on the "General Feedback" of https://feedback.uservoice.com - but it seems like the whole site can use a LOT of love and attention.
There are ideas/suggestions that have been delivered on that still have no status or an out dated one. And almost none have any sort of PM feedback on if UserVoice is even reading what's on here.
This is the place where UserVoice should really be shining to show their customers on how to implement and manage the product they are selling, but frankly it doesn't seem like it gets that much…
5 votesHi everyone!
If you’ve been on our forums recently, you probably noticed the improvements and quite a few status updates.
While we are marking this ideas a complete, we aren’t “done” with our feedback forums. Far from it!
Expect to see more status updates as we follow up on more ideas shared by customers!

On Internal Roadmap give the ability to hide # of users, accounts, and revenue on shared internal roadmap Admins don't always want to share this level of detail internally.
4 votesHello,
This feature is now available. When sharing the internal roadmap via the blue “Share Roadmap” button in the admin console, you now have control over which of these fields are displayed on the internal roadmap.

Allow Admins to Edit End User Comments Admins need this ability so that they can remove any PI a user adds to their comment.
Also, So if a customer makes a valid point in a comment but also writes something about a
competitor, admins want to publish their comment, but remove the competitor
info. Or if they swear in their comment, they want to edit that out. Admins currently have to reject numerous comments because I cannot edit, even if they make valid points!1 voteHi everyone!
It is now possible for admins to edit end-user comments, by clicking the “pencil” icon.
