allow users to export CSV of their own feedback from the "my feedback" tab Currently a user can see all of their feedback by clicking the "My feedback" option on the side menu. This feedback is spread across multiple pages and the user is unable to sort the feedback. Please allow the user to export this list of feedback into a CSV so that they can view it all on one page and sort by category, forum, etc.
1 voteHey there! When a user goes to their Settings on the web portal (same page containing "My feedback"), they will have an option to export all of their data. This will send the user CSVs of all their data related to their participation within UserVoice.

Filter ideas by custom fields Be able to filter the list of ideas in the admin console by the custom fields we import for accounts and users.

You can now filter ideas by custom field values. In the main idea grid filter panel, you'll find select lists and boolean custom field types, while additional field types like numeric, date, and currency are available as advanced filters.

Need a filter for open Ideas that contain the blocker flag There is no simple way to filter all ideas that contain blockers. We should also be able to pull up reports on accounts and users who have left feedback marked blocker. Pulling reports or setting up your API is not an easy solution that will help. Please add a filter to include all blocker feedback.
6 votesYou are now able to filter the Idea Grid for Ideas that do or do not have flags on them.
Use the "Advanced Filters" section of the grid to configure the filter.
This filter, like all others, can be saved with custom grid views and shared with colleagues.

Add option for 6 months on Inactive filter Add an option for 6 months in the Inactivity filter on the Ideas page

Ability to unlink suggestions from the feature level As an admin, I'd like the ability to unlink a suggestion from the feature view rather than be redirected to the suggestion in order to unlink the feature. This function should also be permitted on the feature level.

Disable the escape key when adding links in email When replying to a user/customer and you are adding a link in, if you hit the escape key, not only will it close the "add a link" box, but the suggestion window too. So you're losing whatever you already typed.
I don't know how many emails I had to rewrite because of this recently.

Option to force display of username in feedback for SSO<>ADFS authenticated users We're using SSO with ADFS for an internal, corporate Forum. Currently, any ideas/feedback submitted is flagged as being submitted by 'anonymous', unless the user has opted to input a username. Ideally, I'd like the option to have a forum display a username/email address for ideas/comments in all cases. I understand why this may not be relevant for external forums but for internal, corporate forums, I see this as essential.

Provide UV User Search in Contributor Sidebar I'd like the ability to look up a user by their name and account they are associated with instead of only being able to submit based on an email address.

When you invoke the contributor sidebar, click the hamburger menu in the upper left of the sidebar. The top margin turns into a search box for users and accounts.

Delete note on idea Ability to delete notes on ideas

Yesterday we introduced “Internal Comments” on ideas to replace Notes. Don’t worry, we’ve kept all your previously created notes. They are now called internal comments.
Internal comments can be deleted at an admins discretion.
Also exciting about internal comments is that you now have the ability to mention other admins directly on ideas.
Here’s what you can expect.
@mention other UserVoice admins on internal comments
Reply to internal comments in threads
Email and in-app notifications when you’ve been mentioned on a UserVoice idea.
Email and in-app notifications when there is new activity on an internal comment thread that you’ve participated in.

Public idea link when capturing feedback via the contributor sidebar When capturing feedback via the contributor sidebar, we link feedback to an existing suggestion, or create a new suggestion.
I would like to have a shortcut to copy the public permalink to the linked suggestion so that I can easily share this with the customer, rather than clicking through the admin console to get the web portal link.

While this feature is not yet a part of Contributor Sidebar experience, we did keep this need in mind for the Contributor Console.
That is, from the Contributor Console, a public link to each idea can be easily copied and shared.

Hide External ID from User & Accounts grid The external ID of a User or Account record is (or may not be) important information to have at-a-glance.
Hide this from the Users and Accounts grid, or provide an option to hide it.

Ability to search for ideas through Slack integration Ability to search for an idea through Slack integration. We currently have this functionality through another tool we used called Guru. Basically, I can type /guru TOPIC in slack and it would pull up all these articles that we have compiled re: TOPIC and post the info and link into Slack. Looking for similar functionality with UserVoice.

Ability to expand the UserVoice submission box. When submitting a Uservoice submission, it would be really helpful if the box where text is entered could be expanded. Currently it is tiny, and I am unable to view the whole submission for review.

In the Ideas page in the admin view, make the idea and description the same height so the rows are aligned. Rows aren't aligned in the ideas view page.

Ability to insert an image or attach a file to an individual reply by Admin To post a reply as an admin, I click “Admin” link then click “Post Comment” or “Email Subscribers”.
Is there a way to insert an image or attach a file to an individual reply as an admin? I don’t see a button or link to add images or files to a reply.
I know that “Attach a File” is available when a user posts a new idea (feature request or bug) for the first time. But what about an individual reply?

When posting comments from the admin console, you now have the ability to include attachments.
You can also now include attachment when sending internal status updates and public status updates.

Reply emails contain link to Original Post When replying to a post, the email should contain a link to the original post. Currently, I send out several a day and I have no idea which ticket is referencing.

We’ve just rolled out an update so if you reply to a user’s feedback, the email will include a link back to the original suggestion.

2 votesFrom the Users or Accounts tab on an idea, you can hide/show each of the columns by clicking the column selector. Check out the attachment for reference.

Be able to delete attachments to Suggestions User-uploaded attachment to a suggestion cannot be removed, except by deleting the suggestion.
If the suggestion receives activity (moderator approval, comments, votes), it then cannot be deleted by the user.
If the attachment contains personal information, the user has no means to address the use/storage of their data.
