  1. Remove the "Submit" step from the thumbs up action on status updates

    When the status update email goes out to subscribed voters, they have the ability to give a thumbs up or a thumbs down. I suggest removing the "Submit" as the next step because I believe people are missing that as it seems extra.

    When emailing customers an image of a prototype, we'd like to be able to display the image inline with the email instead of having it linked as an attachment.

  3. Send email from the tool to all users/certain users

    Sometimes sending a communication to all the users or a certain group is needed.
    It would be nice to be able to have this feature available.

  5. Ability to turn off Customer Communication emails

    We haven't announced our UV initiative to our customers yet, and are only capturing feedback internally and through contributor. Is there any way we can turn off customer emails? We want to make sure we don't accidentally email them about UV until we announce it publicly.

  6. Email All Users in UserVoice

    Similar to emailing all supporters of an idea, we would like to email all users in UV to ask for more feedback. We know these users have provided feedback before, so we would like to get their input on future roadmap items, and communicate with that group as a whole

  8. Customize the date range of supporters for email reply

    We are trying to target email replies to only include supporters who have added ideas or voted in the last 60 days. Allowing for more customization of who to email instead of just singular or all would be beneficial.

    I would love to see the ability to select templates for the text of an email when setting a public status. Some public statuses have multiple templates that provide additional context on why we have chosen that status.

  15. Use custom email address for 1:1 replies

    Allow admins to choose a custom email address to show as the From address when replying to a user. Right now, it will use their admin email address.

  16. Don't delete my drafted reply just because I navigated away from the browser window

    When navigating a way from an ideas tab, I would like my drafted reply or comment to not be lost. Its very annoyoing when I'm writing a reply navigate to a different window to see something and then come back only for my progress to be lost becuase I didn't send the reply first.

  17. Custom branding of montly insights e-mail

    The UserVoice monthly insights e-mail that is sent out to our users is a bit confusing since we've white-labled the site to brand it as "our" idea site. A possibility to modify the subject and the branding of the communication would help our users to understand where this is coming from.

  18. When emailing subscribed voters, receive email if i am also subscribed

    If I am a subscriber of the idea as well, I'd like the ability to receive the email from the "email subscribed voters" function. Similar to public status updates.

  19. Status updates push to external communication tools

    The ability, when updating a status - to push the notification to a tool that sends an SMS to subscribed voters.
