Capture severity of feedback when using Sidebar
When capturing a request with the Sidebar, it could be helpful to include details about the customer. For example, "churn risk", "deal blocker", etc.

We’re currently working on enhancements to the contributor experience for communicating additional importance of ideas.
We’re also going to make it easier, via the admin console, to quantify the impact of these ideas that contributors communicate are important.

Ability to rank the importance of the customer request.
Flag customers who are Churning because of lack of a feature - Flag a new big sales opportunity contingent on an integration, etc
