Make timestamps optional for date custom fields Some people don't use times for the "date" custom field type. They only want to use a date. It introduces noise and can make it harder to glean information from the custom field as it appears in the admin console.

Be able to set MRR for users (not just accounts) Be able to pass MRR for users, so you can create segments based on User MRR and User Type.
3 votesThanks for the feedback on this idea! We do not have plans to expand support for revenue on the user level and are continuing to improve the usefulness of revenue data on the account level in UserVoice.

Permanently edit account name for accounts automatically generated by email domain Currently, when the Account Name for an automatically generated account is changed, it changes back to the domain name (@domain.com) whenever a new User is added to the account.
Permanently changing the Name of the account would allow more transparent identification of who the automatically generated account represents.

Be able to sort by account on the user's page When viewing a list of users, you can't sort by account. Would like a way to sort by account, as this can be a quick way to quickly see which customers aren't connected to an account yet.

Track User's last forum Interaction Provide the ability to track User's last Interaction with a forum (Suggestions, comments, votes), separate from last login
2 votesHello, thanks for your feedback. When viewing a user in the admin console, you can view their supported ideas and sort the Last Supported column to view the ideas they most recently voted on. Their detail page also features a chronological view of their activity. Each idea they voted/commented on displays the Forum and Category as well.

Edit the names of standard fields Please enable standard field names to be edited so they're more in line with our use case. We want to keep the magical properties they have, but name them something more in line with what we see in our own CRM.

Provide currency custom fields that display '$' or the appropriate currency symbol It is helpful for a custom field value that is a money related to display a $ or the appropriate currency to help at first glance.
But the only way to include a $ would be to create the custom field as a string, which doesn't allow sorting like our current number custom field.

Currency Custom Field You can select integer as a custom field; however, it would be great is this integer field could show as a currency, like Revenue and LTV.

Sort by Plan field (column) in UserVoice Right now, you can't sort by the "plan" field in UserVoice. Admins would like to be able to sort by the plan field on the users and accounts page.

Sort by User Type on User's Page There's a user field in UV, User Type, but you can't sort by this field. It would be ideal if you could sort by User Type like you can with other fields like "Last Active Date."

Show User & Account custom field data in the suggestions grid Show User & Account custom field data in the suggestions grid. Right now you can segment on the data; however, you can't see any of the data in the suggestions grid.
I understand that the suggestions' grid fields are aggregated, but it would be awesome if there was a way to pull all the data in, not just the three predefined fields, Users, Accounts, and MMR.

Roll-up numeric custom fields I want to combine custom fields that are numeric so I can see the roll-up across ideas

Provide default traits for users and accounts UserVoice could integrate with various data enrichment services (e.g. Clearbit) to automatically provide key data points about users who give feedback.
This would provide all customers with an easy avenue for meaningful analysis of their feedback data against key segments before they even begin passing in their own custom traits.

Be able to manually enter user and account traits Sometimes admins need to manually enter user and account traits. It would be great if they had the option to create user and account traits directly in UserVoice.

Pass traits through the SSO token For cases where passing user and account traits via the JS SDK isn’t possible, it would be great to be able to pass traits via an SSO token.

Increase record limit for account imports Limit is 20,000 records, and with a file of about 100,000 that i need to import monthly, this can be tedious.

Add account import to users tab Give the option to do an account import when you are on the user tab and vice versa

Column headers for account fields on import templates should be the same The account column headers from the template should be the same on both the user template and account template.
On the user template everything for account starts with account. for obvious reasons, but then if you are stripping down to just add account info, you have to go back to your file and rename all your columns.
