  1. Be able to manually enter user and account traits

    Sometimes admins need to manually enter user and account traits. It would be great if they had the option to create user and account traits directly in UserVoice.

  2. Pass traits through the SSO token

    For cases where passing user and account traits via the JS SDK isn’t possible, it would be great to be able to pass traits via an SSO token.

  3. Choose which accounts are synced in the Account Insights Salesforce Connector

    When syncing accounts from Salesforce to UserVoice, give the option to ignore specific accounts.

  5. Sync different revenue fields in the Salesforce Connector for Account Insights

    Give customers the option to choose more than one revenue fields to sync to UserVoice. Sometimes different revenue fields are used for different account types in Salesforce.

  6. Set default Domains for Accounts

    The (optional) feature we have to automatically generate and assign accounts by email domains is unintuitive and limited to a single domain per account.

    Admins should be able to configure Accounts with one or more domains for users to be automatically assigned. This should be configurable via the Salesforce Connector, CSV import, and a setting in-app.

  7. Allow reordering of custom user and account traits in admin view

    When looking at a user, I'd like to put the traits in order of importance, rather than the default of alphabetical.

    Hi everyone,

    Thank you so much for your feedback around this. A unique ID is what allows you to map and update user and account data in UserVoice. This also lets you connect multiple external user and accounts to a single UserVoice user.

    While we are declining this idea, we have also rolled out a new feature for accounts which might prove useful. We automatically generate accounts based on user’s email domains. Learn more in the last section of this article: https://feedback.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1142125/

  11. Allow user id as the unique identifier for users (instead of email)

    Email is the unique identifier in Uservoice for users, but there is a need to use an id as that is what is used in our system.

  13. Show User & Account custom field data in the suggestions grid

    Show User & Account custom field data in the suggestions grid. Right now you can segment on the data; however, you can't see any of the data in the suggestions grid.

    I understand that the suggestions' grid fields are aggregated, but it would be awesome if there was a way to pull all the data in, not just the three predefined fields, Users, Accounts, and MMR.

  15. Sync "Last Active" from User when added to an Account

    Update the account's "Last Active" date each time a user is added to the account, or by checking all of the account's users on a schedule (every 24h, etc)

  17. Permanently edit account name for accounts automatically generated by email domain

    Currently, when the Account Name for an automatically generated account is changed, it changes back to the domain name (@domain.com) whenever a new User is added to the account.

    Permanently changing the Name of the account would allow more transparent identification of who the automatically generated account represents.

  18. Be able to sort by account on the user's page

    When viewing a list of users, you can't sort by account. Would like a way to sort by account, as this can be a quick way to quickly see which customers aren't connected to an account yet.

    Hello, thanks for your feedback. When viewing a user in the admin console, you can view their supported ideas and sort the Last Supported column to view the ideas they most recently voted on. Their detail page also features a chronological view of their activity. Each idea they voted/commented on displays the Forum and Category as well.

  20. Make timestamps optional for date custom fields

    Some people don't use times for the "date" custom field type. They only want to use a date. It introduces noise and can make it harder to glean information from the custom field as it appears in the admin console.
