1. Notifications for specific keywords

   Would love to have certain keywords in a suggestion trigger an email immediately, as opposed to either an email for every suggestion, or one email at the end of the day.

2. Set comment notifications based on number of comments

   Allow admins (or users) to setting limits such as send a notification when an idea gets more than 5 comments.
