  1. Subscribe to comments on specific ideas

    Rather than an all-or-nothing setting for receiving comment notifications for all ideas a user has voted or commented on, please allow the ability to subscribe to certain ideas for comment notification (similar to forum thread subscription).

    When a user comments on an idea, they would (by default) be subscribed to follow-up comments on that idea.

    Automatic notification when ideas hit certain thresholds in terms of vote count, average votes, etc.

  3. Send daily digest in the morning in my time zone

    The daily digest email comes at the same time for every account & profile, no matter where you're located. It would be nice if it could arrive based on my time zone, or even at a time I specify.

  4. Notifications for specific keywords

    Would love to have certain keywords in a suggestion trigger an email immediately, as opposed to either an email for every suggestion, or one email at the end of the day.

  5. Real time/instant notifications for saved views

    Instead of a daily/weekly notification, provide notifications in real time as soon as new ideas, comments, voters, etc. are added.

  6. Daily Digest for End Users

    This customer would like to request the ability of a daily or weekly digest email to their end users. They would like to have listed in the email; the top 10 hotest ideas, the latest status update, and the new ideas submitted for the week.

  7. Notify end-users of moderator approval of ideas

    As an admin, I'd like the ability to automatically notify users if an idea they've submitted has been dis/approved by moderator of a forum.

  9. Publish DMARC for our sending domains

    So our customers can be confident that our emails are not being spoofed, and they can whitelist or domains to ensure deliverability.

    Ability to disable emails to external users so that only internal (licensed) users can receive emails. Block the ability to send to external end users.

  11. Allow internal teams to respond to idea notifications and display their responses in UserVoice

    —The feature would allow automatic email notifications to be sent to a configurable mailing alias when new feedback comes in.

    —When developers and others respond to the email, while keeping the mailing alias intact, we should capture all their responses and store it as part of the feedback in UserVoice.

    This allows the admins to see the full extent of the internal discussion within UserVoice.

  12. See which internal member will be notified for internal status

    When setting an internal status, you have the ability to email team members. It would be nice to be able to quickly see which team members would be notified.

  13. Notify Admins of Jira Status Changes on Ideas

    Would be great if there was a Jira notification, letting admins know when the Jira status has been updated, so it will prompt them to update the public or internal status accordingly.

  14. Subscribe Non-Licensed Users To Insights Digest

    She would like to be able to subscribe non Admins or Contributors to Monthly Insights Digest. She wants to be able to keep her execs and leadership informed of UV activity even though they are unlicensed.

  17. Allow users to subscribe to specific category within a forum

    Our users are ready to give up using our portal because they can't subscribe to individual categories and be notified of everything that happens to that specific Category within the forum. This is not the same as subscribing to a forum.

  18. Roll up Monthly Digest Emails for multiple instances

  19. Include the forum information in the UserVoice Monthly Insights email

    I like the "UserVoice Monthly Insights" email to see what's trending and the status updates over the past month, but it would be good if the forum is also included on these since our site has multiple forums and it's not clear in the current email which forum the suggestion relates to.

  20. Click on a notification for a message reply should open the reply directly

    Hi there,

    I had this notification saying 2 persons answered my message. When I click the notification, it opens the suggestion window, but I have to scroll and search for the replies myself. Also if more than 1 person answered, it doesn't say who, making it even harder to find the reply.
