Export external accounts to CSV You can export all users from UserVoice from the "Users" tab, offer the ability to export all accounts from the "Accounts" tab.

Moderation KPI report - turnaround time We moderate incoming feedback and comments. It would be beneficial to have a way to easily monitor turnaround time on incoming items to make sure our admins are responding in a timely manner.

Show sentiment score for individual pieces of feedback The Account Sentiment Report currently shows aggregate account sentiment scores based on all feedback submitted by each account. It would be helpful to also see sentiment scores for the individual pieces of feedback that make up this aggregate score.

Include Merged Ideas in Export When exporting report of ideas into a excel version i would also like to get the field (true/false) if the idea is merged or not, currently there is no option and you need to export twice (using public status filter active and the merged) and then get into the work to run a lookup function edit to find the merged ideas from the active ideas set

Export Status Reactions The customer would like to have the ability to export "reactions" to public statuses in order to leverage the data to track adoption.

Create Segment for user or account fields that are blank/empty Add the ability to create a segment from users that do, or do not have data in a specified field, for example, if "Account Name" is empty.

Hello! We offer a few different tools to help accomplish this. When viewing an idea, you can view the Insights & Activity section to view its activity over time. You can also filter the idea grid to show ideas with the most votes over the last 30 days, or select a custom date range. When applied, the Voters column will update to show the number of votes received during that time period. We also launched our new Idea Insights page where you can view top trending ideas for the last 30 days.

Notifications for changes to Exports Provide an option to receive notification of updates and changes to column data in exports

New Release Report/ Beta Target List Identify accounts for CSMS which might want to be individually notified of a new release or to product which accounts might be interested in a beta.

Multi sort from the grid Allow more than 1 sort on the suggestion grid. Ex. primary and secondary sort like in excel

Allow for scoring on Ideas Just like we have in the Roadmap, be able to apply scoring to suggestions.

Ability to create own reports, flters and dashboards Provide the ability for admins to create additional filters, reports and dashboards.
For example, create a custom filter such as the currently provided 'Customer Activity' option. Eg. Where users > 10 and Votes >= 100
Similarly, allow the user to create their own dashboards using both OOTB and custom reports.
It should be possible for privileges to be assigned allowing specified users the ability to create reports, filters and dashboards.
It should be possible for reports, filters and dashboards to be 'published' so that other users can pick them up.

Be able to customize date range for "New customer Activity" column The "New Customer Activity" column shows stats for the last 30 days, but as Product Managers build out reports they at times need to adjust that date range.
This might mean going back in time to pull this for a specific month, or reporting on for a set time period like the month of October or a two week period etc...
