Modify Field Titles in Account Insights Since the fields we are looking to map (i.e. Region, Nodes, Owner) are not the same standard defined fields in UserVoice, we would like the ability to update the names so that we can easily understand and segment data in the Account Insights.

Include status changes in an export To see when a status on an idea/feature is changed

Export Account Insights Data The account insights data is great, but it would be nice to be able to export the data (or click into the data) from the account insights screen. It would be helpful to export both from the entire Insights page as well as on individual ideas.
For example, when reviewing an individual idea in the Account Insights area, it would be nice to export the data from the segments. We do a lot of analysis outside of UV so it would be great to export this information.

Export Report with Contributor and Department I would like the ability to export a report of ideas submitted by contributor name and the department that they are associated with.

Items that need tidying up needs a filter to choose a timeframe I love the Ideas that Need Tidying Up section. However, 6 months is a little long for us. Can we get a filter on it to choose our time frame for different situations?

Report that Displays Which Ideas Have Gone In/Out of Each Status It would be helpful to have a report for our customer facing teams that can display all of the ideas that have gone in and out of each status in a given month. The activity report shows things like "10 ideas in, 6 ideas out" of a particular status, but it doesn't display the actual idea titles. A nice monthly summary of the ideas that have moved through statuses would be nice.

Automate and schedule exports For example, be able to use the API to send an export of this report to a particular email address.

Include user sentiment in the activity report It would be nice to be able to see a snapshot of a custom timeframe for user sentiment around status updates that were made across the whole site, versus a specific forum/idea - including the thumbs up/down, any subsequent votes/comments made after the status, the percentage of emails opened/clicked/responded.
This could give us a more holistic look into how users approach our overall brand/product on top of the more granular look we get per each post.

Export Sidebar Team Data As an admin, I'd like to export the data compiled amongst the sidebar teams to monitor internal adoption.

Align feedback with KPIs Want to be able to better report up how the ideas product is working on tie into the overall KPIs and OKRs that are important to the business.

New Activity Report needs filters by Forum at the top level, to go with Time period. When looking at the new Activity Report, you can filter by TIME PERIOD (last 30,90,365) but also need other filters such as a way to focus on specific forums and not the site as a whole.
That would allow you to view all of this rich data insight in a focused way: Idea activity overview | Status updates | Activity by forum | Activity by source | Site traffic15 votes -
Ability to change time range view on Insights Report Would like to be able to choose from 30 - 365 days as same functionality as the Activity Report

We’d love to hear a little more about how you’d want to use custom date range filtering on the Idea Insights report.
Today, the Idea Insights report give you a snapshot of activity in the last 30 days (chatty, trending, this just in) as well as last 6 months (inactive, no status updates in a while).
Is the goal to customize the date range of one of these section? Both?

Export external accounts to CSV You can export all users from UserVoice from the "Users" tab, offer the ability to export all accounts from the "Accounts" tab.

Bulk Action in Insights Tab Ability to bulk manage activities in the Insights tab (Items needing tidying up)

Drill down reporting to the User/Account Level Ability to see within the UI - Users or Accounts who have submitted (created) the most ideas.

Report by label Ability to create charts and reports that show distribution of ideas across labels to understand areas of high/low user satisfaction.

End User Stats As an admin or contributor, I'd like to get a weekly email with a summary of this week's ideas to help me drive adoption of the web portal externally, rewarding power users for their engagement. For example, total requests per user and account in a given time period.
