Custom time period filter for Activity reports Time period filter should be customizable. Not just 30/90/365 days. We need to choose 1. and last day of a month when doing monthly reports otherwise its useless for us :(
The idea is good and we like it but we don't always have a time to check the Activity at the beginning of the month to see the last 30 daysPetr from Skype & MS Teams

Idea Insights lists (trending ideas, inactive ideas, etc) on a dedicated page Each of the lists of ideas (trending, this just in, Inactive, etc) on the Idea Insights tab should be scannable in more than just the widget on that tab.
This would help users take more actions in the context of each of those list of ideas. For example, bulk delete of "inactive ideas" or bulk status updates on ideas with no status in a while.
3 votesIdea Insights has gotten a refresh. In addition to a visual update, you can now:
- Navigate from each section of the report to the grid with the same Ideas listed, so that you can operate on them in bulk or review them with complete context
- Change the time frame for the both the top and bottom sections of the report
- The report is now responsive, so it will stack vertically on smaller screen sizes
We hope this makes Idea Insights even more useful and actionable for you!

Idea Insights - See All Ideas Respects Currently Selected Forum Idea Insights - my expectation was that See all ideas button respects the currently selected Forum (not all forums)

Provide web portal URLs for UserVoice items in Slack UserVoice items (ideas, feedback, comments) sent to Slack via the integration link back to the admin console.
Some use cases have non-admins clicking these links in Slack, but they are unable to access the admin console links.

Now, users without access to the UserVoice admin console will be directed to the web portal view of an idea when attempting to access that idea from a Slack channel.
UserVoice admins will still be directed to that idea in the admin console as they are today.

Choose what data is included in the exports Need an easy export based on the filter and columns I might have selected in the suggestion view. Currently I get an export which is a full set of columns that are useless.
54 votesThis is a big one! You can now select which columns of data you would like to include in your exports on the idea table. Check out this video here. You'll notice the column header titles look a little different - we updated how we reference certain column headers to reduce any potential confusion. We haven't changed the way any data is structured or calculated. Excited to hear your feedback!

Using the new Feedback Extension, you now have the option to search just Open Ideas, or All Ideas as desired.

Allow users to allocate priority across their already supported ideas For example, each user gets 100 "feedbucks" (still working on that term) that are by default evenly distributed across all their already voted on suggestions. User can then adjust their points to highlight certain suggestions with a higher priority.
So I could vote up 50 ideas, and my $100 would by default be split to $2 per idea. If I vote for another idea, the split would be cut down to ~$1.96 per idea, but could at any time redistribute my $100 according to priority. No limits to votes, but secondary metric to allow me to communicate priority.

Two weeks back we introduced a new feature to the web portal that allows users to convey an importance rating to ideas when providing feedback. If you haven't seen it just yet, head to UserVoice at your first convenience. We've been getting very helpful feedback since release and will continue to be looking for ways to improve this feature for our customers.

Add Admin Avatar to Activity & Moderation Feed Items Display an avatar in Activity & Moderation items done by an Admin (currently only gives Admin name in orange color)

Include both Date and Time on entries in the Activity and Moderation Feed Currently the date is displayed on every entry. It would be additionally useful to expose time as well.

Optimize Feedback Analysis Report to Load Faster The Feedback Analysis Report takes a long time to load an often fails the first try (and we don't even have a lot of data yet).

Display Suggestion Description on Feature Card As an admin, I'd like to see the description of the linked suggestion on the roadmap feature

Configure Slack integration for categories You can configure the Slack integration to work with specific forums, but not categories within a forum.

allow users to export CSV of their own feedback from the "my feedback" tab Currently a user can see all of their feedback by clicking the "My feedback" option on the side menu. This feedback is spread across multiple pages and the user is unable to sort the feedback. Please allow the user to export this list of feedback into a CSV so that they can view it all on one page and sort by category, forum, etc.
1 voteHey there! When a user goes to their Settings on the web portal (same page containing "My feedback"), they will have an option to export all of their data. This will send the user CSVs of all their data related to their participation within UserVoice.

Filter ideas by custom fields Be able to filter the list of ideas in the admin console by the custom fields we import for accounts and users.

You can now filter ideas by custom field values. In the main idea grid filter panel, you'll find select lists and boolean custom field types, while additional field types like numeric, date, and currency are available as advanced filters.

Ability to unlink suggestions from the feature level As an admin, I'd like the ability to unlink a suggestion from the feature view rather than be redirected to the suggestion in order to unlink the feature. This function should also be permitted on the feature level.

Option to force display of username in feedback for SSO<>ADFS authenticated users We're using SSO with ADFS for an internal, corporate Forum. Currently, any ideas/feedback submitted is flagged as being submitted by 'anonymous', unless the user has opted to input a username. Ideally, I'd like the option to have a forum display a username/email address for ideas/comments in all cases. I understand why this may not be relevant for external forums but for internal, corporate forums, I see this as essential.

Provide UV User Search in Contributor Sidebar I'd like the ability to look up a user by their name and account they are associated with instead of only being able to submit based on an email address.

When you invoke the contributor sidebar, click the hamburger menu in the upper left of the sidebar. The top margin turns into a search box for users and accounts.

Delete note on idea Ability to delete notes on ideas

Yesterday we introduced “Internal Comments” on ideas to replace Notes. Don’t worry, we’ve kept all your previously created notes. They are now called internal comments.
Internal comments can be deleted at an admins discretion.
Also exciting about internal comments is that you now have the ability to mention other admins directly on ideas.
Here’s what you can expect.
@mention other UserVoice admins on internal comments
Reply to internal comments in threads
Email and in-app notifications when you’ve been mentioned on a UserVoice idea.
Email and in-app notifications when there is new activity on an internal comment thread that you’ve participated in.

Public idea link when capturing feedback via the contributor sidebar When capturing feedback via the contributor sidebar, we link feedback to an existing suggestion, or create a new suggestion.
I would like to have a shortcut to copy the public permalink to the linked suggestion so that I can easily share this with the customer, rather than clicking through the admin console to get the web portal link.

While this feature is not yet a part of Contributor Sidebar experience, we did keep this need in mind for the Contributor Console.
That is, from the Contributor Console, a public link to each idea can be easily copied and shared.
