Hi everyone!
Thanks so much for your interest in this. We did start work on this for Helpdesk API, but our focus has since shifted to the UserVoice API.
After discussing internally, our product team wants to focus on building out our API documentation and endpoints to give more flexibility when building integrations.

This week we released Custom Fields on ideas for internal use. This solves a problem for much of the feedback we received on this idea, but not all of it. We will keep this idea open for additional feedback and votes, but for those who were requesting better ways to organize ideas internally, we hope you enjoy our new release! This is critical.
I realize this was deferred in Jun, but not having this feature severely reduces the usefulness of the the roadmap.
If enabling custom fields to appear on the roadmap isn't an option, then can we get at least 2 default fields?
1) URL
2) Date
Any updates on this feature would be appreciated.
