  1. Google forms integration (Or Apps Script Recipe)

    We are not using the web portal, and would like to meet our teams and customers where they live.

    It would be great to have a no nonsense way to send data from Google forms to the uservoice API.

    I'll settle for an apps script example though!

  2. Recipe to set up Slack Custom App

    In my Org, we have the ability to set up bots and custom apps without issue.

    While the Native app is helpful to do ALL feedback from a generalistic manner, I would like to set up a workflow step that is very specific to my needs and area of ownership.

    Example: I am in charge of an Internal Employee experience, and I would like to have the ability to use Slacks APIs to do very specific things, such as capturing comments on a post, or using the Events API to record interaction with a post (Could just be an Idea)

  3. slack integration send to channel

    I would like to easily send an idea to a specific slack channel.

    this would be a better option than the existing integration which sends all new posts. this tends to overwhelm our teams, so we would prefer to validate first and then send only new, unmerged ideas to the specific slack channels.

    Create Connectors for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps. This will allow us to use Microsoft NoCode/LowCode tools to User Voice with other Enterprise Applications that may not be native to User Voice.

  12. Show supporting accounts on idea activity in contributor console

    Right now, you can only see the accounts that support an idea on status update in the contributor console, if you have the Gainsight integration setup.

    Since the actual data isn't dependent on Gainsight, it would be good to surface this without setting up Gainsight.

  14. Map ADO Projects at the Forum Level (Ability to map multiple ADO projects in one instance)

    Currently have multiple projects in ADO and would like to be able to map/link them to specific forums in UserVoice. For ease of use Schlumberger has multiple products across one instance on the forum level. They would like to be able to map these to the appropriate ADO project.

  15. Allow mapping of the built in "LTV" field by Salesforce Connector

    The default salesforce connector maps the UserVoice "revenue" field to a Salesforce equivalent that represents monthly or annual revenue. There is a default "LTV", which can't be mapped with the connector.

    Being able to map lifetime value field as well as the Revenue field would give us insights into the dollar value of the ideas supported by longstanding customers.

  19. Team-managed (next gen) projects in Jira integration

    Due to a limitation where team-managed project cards cannot be configured to display custom fields, the usefulness of the integration is degraded. Until Jira changes the functionality, we aren't able to support team-managed projects.

  20. Deleted Feedback In UserVoice is not Deleted in Salesforce

    For feedback captured in the Feedback and Opportunity Integration, delete the feedback record in Salesforce when you delete feedback in UserVoice.
