Slack Integration for Private Channels Provide the ability to stream UserVoice events to a private Slack channel

Sync ideas back to Salesforce We would like to sync back ideas to Salesforce as cases / feature requests along with supporter data.
This is so that other applications are able to pull the data from supported integrations with Salesforce and for organization priority to keep Salesforce to be the single source of truth

Connect to multiple Jira projects (1 differente project for each forum) Currently, the Jira integration settings are defined at the Site/Application level and once implemented, the Jira integration is made visible and accessible to all forums.
It should be implemented at the forum level so that we can have the various forum admins steering the ideas for their own Jira project.11 votes -
Integrate with Call Recording / Transcription Software to allow feedback to be captured With the rise of Call Recording and Call Transcription Software like Otter (used by Zoom), Gong.io and Chorus.ai Uservoice should be able to integrate with these platforms which could allow users to say a key phrase like "thats a great suggestion, let me take a note" which would trigger the feedback to be noted.
Because services like these transcribe calls, the transcription could provide context for the Admin to make the next appropriate actions (Create a new idea, add to existing, etc).

More custom fields in Salesforce Connector Allow more custom fields in the Salesforce connector. The ones offered our-of-the box, aren't enough.

VSTS for UserVoice Integration should enforce the same permission per user as is set in the VSTS instance linked to the UV subdomain For example, If a user only has read access to a project in a VSTS instance, through the UV integration, that user shouldn't be able to create issues in that project.

Show link of the Slack message that feedback was captured from on admin portal When submitting feedback from slack, the URL of the source message in Slack should be displayed on the idea in the Admin Portal

Sync Custom fields via the Jira Integration Allow the custom configuration of custom fields between Jira cards and UserVoice features.
Right now, the integration only syncs out of the box data and does not allow for further configuration.

VSTS Create Work Item Form include Additional Fields from VSTS work item I would love to be able to configure the VSTS integration to allow for certain fields such as AREA PATH to be set when a new Bug or Product Backlog Item is created since we have numerous teams under a given project and we don't actually use the root area path of the project. Since we have security at the area path levels, this requires multiple steps to get a work item exposed to the right product team in vsts. Thanks!

Get vote count in Jira export I love the Jira integration. However, when I export my backlog in Jira, I can't see the number of votes so it makes it impossible to give a top 10 of my customer needs from Jira. We do this from UserVoice and from Jira to compare since Jira contains other information and other sources of client feedback that UserVoice does not. We need the integration to breakdown the link to be able to export the votes and name in different columns.

Slack integration--search for and link ideas in Slack threads Currently you can only search for an idea using the Slack integration in the main message field of a channel. We REALLY need to be able to use the /uservoice-search command within a thread on an existing message so that when an internal team member asks a question related to an existing UV idea, we can easily link them to the existing idea in the thread of that original message.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide this feature.
Looking into this a bit more and collaborating with the team at Slack we learned that Slash commands in threads is not functionality they support.
We’ll have to hold tight until Slack supports this before we can make this available for the UserVoice to Slack Integration.

Shows suggestions associated with an account in Salesforce report With the Feedback and Opportunity integration, you can't see the suggestions associated to each account in the Salesforce reports.
Customers want to see this data, so they can report on adoption and completed ideas they've delivered for customers.
6 votesHey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.

With VSO, add the option to link ideas to Features and Epics as work items You can link to backlog items and bugs, but don't have the Work Item type Features and Epics.

Create UserVoice ideas from VSO work items Right now, you can push an item in UV to VSO as a work item, and then there is a two way sync between them.
However, sometimes an item starts out in VSO, and you want to then push it to UV so users can vote and comment on it. But here's no way to do that currently.

Auto-Capture feedback from external sources We have many different external sources that contain potential feedback (e.g. app stores, forums, github, trusted shops, google reviews, etc.). It's takes a lot of effort to gather, analyse, cluster it and add it to Uservoice.
I would like to have a functionality in uservoice that does this automatically. IMO that requires integration of external sources and strong context recognition capabilities. It would help us a lot to move towards a single point of truth feedback & research repository with Uservoice.

Be able to view all flagged ideas for an account in C360 in Gainsight CSMs should be able easily see all flagged ideas at the account level in C360 with the Gainsight Integration.
