Search Ideas by Jira ID When searching in the Ideas grid, it would be really helpful to be able to search using a Jira ID, e.g. "JIRA-123". The results should return all Ideas associated with that Jira ID.

Capture Ideas in Microsoft Teams Integration Currently, the integration provides you with the ability to see UserVoice notifications in Teams. It would be great if you could also perform actions like you can with the Slack integration.

Send unmoderated events to Slack Allow unmoderated events to appear in Slack, so that Slack can be used to notify Admins of ideas needing moderation/approval, potentially provide the ability to approve ideas in Slack (you can already mark as spam)

Native Integration with Zoom I have a B2B customer that wants the ability to use data from Zoom to use in lead scoring, example: who registered and who attended webinars.
There is a Zapier integration with Delivra and Zoom but it would only create or update a contact’s information if they register for a webinar. It wouldn’t show which webinars they have attended if there are multiple webinars in a month.
Customer is comparing to their experience in Pardot - when they click on a contact’s name, we can see all of the webinars they have attended in the past to help show how…

Two sync with Azure DevOps Bidirectional sync with Azure devops to update items

Run a historical sync on the SFDC Connector when you update a field in the config When you update the config for the SFDC Connector, the changes will only affect new Accounts, and Accounts modified after the changes. It would be useful if the field was updated for existing Accounts in the next sync.

Allow SFDC Connector Auth Update Without Deleting The Config You have to delete your Connector configuration if you need to update/change the auth. It would be great if the config was saved or if the auth was decoupled from the wizard so that you can easily update the auth without having to delete it entirely.

Generice ServiceHooks JSON payloads sent with wrong header. Generic Webhook ServiceHooks send JSON, but the Content-Type header is sent as "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" so systems are blocking the payload from getting processed.

Search Azure DevOps work items from UserVoice Instead of finding the URL in Azure DevOps, copying it, and then pasting it into UserVoice, it would be helpful to be be able to search for work items directly from the Admin Console.

Reflect Salesforce Contact and Account Deletions in UserVoice When Contacts and Accounts are deleted in Salesforce, the data remains in UserVoice. It would be great if the Connector could also process these deletions so that our data remains accurate in UserVoice.
