  3. Auto-Capture feedback from external sources

    We have many different external sources that contain potential feedback (e.g. app stores, forums, github, trusted shops, google reviews, etc.). It's takes a lot of effort to gather, analyse, cluster it and add it to Uservoice.
    I would like to have a functionality in uservoice that does this automatically. IMO that requires integration of external sources and strong context recognition capabilities. It would help us a lot to move towards a single point of truth feedback & research repository with Uservoice.
    check out enterpret.com that already has an approach.

  5. Be able to view all flagged ideas for an account in C360 in Gainsight

    CSMs should be able easily see all flagged ideas at the account level in C360 with the Gainsight Integration.

  6. Jira Integration -- Reflect Instance's Default Priority

    When creating a Jira issue from UserVoice, the Jira priority is set at the highest. It would be great if the integration could be updated to reflect our jira's default priority or default to medium.

  10. Generice ServiceHooks JSON payloads sent with wrong header.

    Generic Webhook ServiceHooks send JSON, but the Content-Type header is sent as "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" so systems are blocking the payload from getting processed.

  17. Show supporting accounts on idea activity in contributor console

    Right now, you can only see the accounts that support an idea on status update in the contributor console, if you have the Gainsight integration setup.

    Since the actual data isn't dependent on Gainsight, it would be good to surface this without setting up Gainsight.

  19. Reflect Salesforce Contact and Account Deletions in UserVoice

    When Contacts and Accounts are deleted in Salesforce, the data remains in UserVoice. It would be great if the Connector could also process these deletions so that our data remains accurate in UserVoice.
