  2. Sync ideas back to Salesforce

    We would like to sync back ideas to Salesforce as cases / feature requests along with supporter data.

    This is so that other applications are able to pull the data from supported integrations with Salesforce and for organization priority to keep Salesforce to be the single source of truth

  5. Integrate with Call Recording / Transcription Software to allow feedback to be captured

    With the rise of Call Recording and Call Transcription Software like Otter (used by Zoom), Gong.io and Chorus.ai Uservoice should be able to integrate with these platforms which could allow users to say a key phrase like "thats a great suggestion, let me take a note" which would trigger the feedback to be noted.

    Because services like these transcribe calls, the transcription could provide context for the Admin to make the next appropriate actions (Create a new idea, add to existing, etc).

  6. Per-channel Slack integration settings

    Be able to toggle UserVoice features of the Slack integration (like creating new ideas, searching for existing ideas, etc.) on a channel-by-channel basis.

    When you update the Jira status, the UV status should automatically update as well.

  10. Add "Moved Idea" event as an event type to stream into a Slack Channel.

    Can you guys add an event to the effect, “moved into category”?
     

    We get requests from multiple channels and they end up in different forums and categories. We (mostly I) then review ideas and move them to their correct destination. But these moves won’t show up in Slack channel for the destination forum/channel. Be great if moving an idea into a category would trigger an event so the idea shows up in its corresponding Slack channel.

  11. Ability for admin to create a Zendesk ticket in UserVoice

    The Zendesk integration allows the Zendesk users to capture feedback on behalf of an end user from within Zendesk. Would like the ability for the integration to also allow a UserVoice admin to create a Zendesk ticket from an idea.

  12. Native Integration with Zoom

    I have a B2B customer that wants the ability to use data from Zoom to use in lead scoring, example: who registered and who attended webinars.

    There is a Zapier integration with Delivra and Zoom but it would only create or update a contact’s information if they register for a webinar. It wouldn’t show which webinars they have attended if there are multiple webinars in a month.

    Customer is comparing to their experience in Pardot - when they click on a contact’s name, we can see all of the webinars they have attended in the past to help show how…

  15. Change Salesforce numbers in grid to reflect filters

    We change "Reach" numbers and others according to filters, but not those as a result of our Salesforce integration (opportunities, revenue, etc.)

  17. Mapping Documentation for feedback from other systems like GetSat, ProductBoard, and Aha!

    Importing from other applications is pretty standard for UserVoice but it would be helpful if we could have a visual or some sort of documentation that explains how feedback is mapped from different systems.

  20. Shows suggestions associated with an account in Salesforce report

    With the Feedback and Opportunity integration, you can't see the suggestions associated to each account in the Salesforce reports.

    Customers want to see this data, so they can report on adoption and completed ideas they've delivered for customers.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice nor providing additional reporting withing SFDC.
