Customize what Salesforce field pulls into "Potential Revenue" field in UserVoice Ability to customize what Salesforce field pulls into "Potential Revenue" field in UserVoice. We track potential revenue in a different field (not the standard "Amount" field that currently pulls in) so this is really skewing the potential revenue per idea.

Snowflake Integration As an admin I would like to export data to Snowflake in order to make dashboards in Looker for top issues.

Show user's UserVoice activity at the contact, account, and opportunity level in Salesforce By having user feedback from UserVoice logged in a field in Salesforce ( SFDC ) they'll be able to run their own custom reporting easier, both in SFDC and third party analytics tools that are already being used with SFDC (like Segment.io)

Pull a list of all SF opportunities linked to a specific idea It's incredibly important that we be able to pull a report/list of all of the prospects/opportunities that we have linked to a specific UserVoice idea through the Salesforce Opportunity Integration to provide our sales team with a list of prospects to reach out to regarding specific ideas. Just being able to see the numer values in the Suggestions List View is not enough.

This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

Connect to multiple Jira projects (1 differente project for each forum) Currently, the Jira integration settings are defined at the Site/Application level and once implemented, the Jira integration is made visible and accessible to all forums.
It should be implemented at the forum level so that we can have the various forum admins steering the ideas for their own Jira project.11 votes -
Include leads in Salesforce customer traits sync Currently the Salesforce customer trait sync, only syncs user and account traits for customers. Some customers would also like to sync traits for their leads.

VSTS for UserVoice Integration should enforce the same permission per user as is set in the VSTS instance linked to the UV subdomain For example, If a user only has read access to a project in a VSTS instance, through the UV integration, that user shouldn't be able to create issues in that project.

Remove deleted VSTS items from Suggestion in UserVoice If you have a VSTS item linked to a Suggestion in UV, then you delete the item in VSTS, it still shows on the suggestion in UV.

Auto-update idea statuses when VSTS status is updated When you update the VSTS status, the UV status should automatically update as well.

Add tags to VSTS work items when creating from UserVoice I'd like to be able to add a tag to an item when it is posted to VSTS.
