  1. Include leads in Salesforce customer traits sync

    Currently the Salesforce customer trait sync, only syncs user and account traits for customers. Some customers would also like to sync traits for their leads.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects”. We’re not yet syncing Opportunity Objects from Salesforce to UserVoice, but are interested in learning more about what you’d do with this information once it’s in UserVoice.

  2. Auto-update idea statuses when VSTS status is updated

    When you update the VSTS status, the UV status should automatically update as well.

    Hey there! We recently launched Account Insights which is powered by a new UserVoice/Salesforce connector. This connector allows you to map Salesforce Accounts to a status in UserVoice called “Prospects” which would allow you to view all ideas associated with Prospects.   7. Integration with ClickUp

    A request to connect ideas in Uservoice to tasks in ClickUp by syncing the Reach columns (users and accounts supporting it) to help calculate the ROI inside ClickUp. Additionally, the ability to sync the task ID and status back to UserVoice would remove the manual effort of updating of two systems.

  9. Use Smart Link to idea in Jira integration

    Currently the Jira integration links directly to the Admin view of an idea.

    Instead, the Jira integration should link to the "smart" link, which can determine if the individual invoking the link is an admin, and direct to either the Admin view of the idea, or the web portal.

  10. Hubspot Integration to track ideas and idea activity in Hubspot

    Ability to get ideas logged on the account or contact record in hubspot so that reps can have a single source of truth on their accounts and users.

  11. Search Ideas by Jira ID

    When searching in the Ideas grid, it would be really helpful to be able to search using a Jira ID, e.g. "JIRA-123". The results should return all Ideas associated with that Jira ID.

  12. Allow custom fields to be used as "Amount" field in Feedback and Opportunity integration

    If you don't use the "Amount" field from out-of-the-box SF implementations, the feedback and opportunity integration can't display data for Revenue on opportunities.

  15. Native Integration with Zoom

    I have a B2B customer that wants the ability to use data from Zoom to use in lead scoring, example: who registered and who attended webinars.

    There is a Zapier integration with Delivra and Zoom but it would only create or update a contact’s information if they register for a webinar. It wouldn’t show which webinars they have attended if there are multiple webinars in a month.

    Customer is comparing to their experience in Pardot - when they click on a contact’s name, we can see all of the webinars they have attended in the past to help show how…
