  1. More email options for end users

    We have had customers ask for more control over auto emails they can receive when it comes to existing ideas. We have had requests for a summary of newly submitted ideas, ability to subscribe to updates within a given Category, or summary emails on updates from their district/company.

  3. Support not receiving my emails

    I have been in touch with support group for my queries. I used to reply back to email and UserVoice Support (support@uservoice.com) used to receive my emails. From last couple of emails, they are not receiving my email and now I have received email that "As we have not received any response from you, we will close this ticket". I have been adding comments to that ticket by replying back to email. Kindly help.

  5. Improve your Online Help Function - it's sorely lacking!

    I'm not even sure this is the right area - I couldn't find one relted to Help and Support, so here we are.

    Basically, can you please improve your help articles to include explicit instructions and/or diagrams?
    Simply saying "Click hte icon on the bottom left" is hopeless!! I don't know what Icon you mean! Which screen? Do I even have this icon? What am I looking for? It's a bit like picking up a hire car in an airport carpark and just being told "collect the green one"

    Please make the help files ACTUALLY useful.

  9. feedback-collection widget in-app but that can be customized and user-tagged as regarding specific functionality

    I want a button that floats in the same place on every page in my app that, upon click, loads content specific to that page, and allows users to submit feedback on specific functionality so that individual teams can easily monitor feedback for only the features they're working on.

    I also want a button that users can click that puts the app in a help-mode of sorts wherein floating buttons are revealed that are effectively "show me how this works and tell me everything I need to know in order to use it effectively" buttons—even if that includes a list…

  10. Ability to turn off Customer Communication emails

    We haven't announced our UV initiative to our customers yet, and are only capturing feedback internally and through contributor. Is there any way we can turn off customer emails? We want to make sure we don't accidentally email them about UV until we announce it publicly.

  12. You can assist with technical issues instead of ingoring the client who needs help!

    I have tried several times to get the issue of documents opening on a non-existent monitor resolved but have not received any responses. That is not customer service.

    When sending feedback always occurs at the moment the feedback (comment) is sent because I can check the page my comments but the loading animation (sending) does not disappear even after the feedback is sent. I apologize but my hardware is weak, my processor has two cores that operate at 1.2 GHz. If you have any related code in javascript please note if the snippets of code are promises if necessary and if the promises are well handled.

  16. Do not combine unrelated email threads based on subject line

    Stop combining unrelated, independent email threads when different senders happen to choose the same subject. It is cumbersome to deal with the artificial problems introduced when separate email chains with no shared history are automatically merged.

    UserVoice would be great if it had a way to edit/suggest editions by other users. I've been using UserVoice (as user) for MS products for a long while, and the thing I notice the most is: there are repeated ideas, a lot of them, always. Sometimes because it's hard to find new ideas, sometimes because they are indeed different at some point.

    For the second case, an edit / suggest edits feature could be of great value, so several users could aggregate multiple details into a single feature request. Also, the statistics of the 'most requested' features would be more…

  19. Create a "Home" site for all MS UserVoice subsites

    Right now I have "collected" links to 68 Microsoft UserVoice Subsites. I'm sure there are/have been more.

    I just discovered that one is no longer active. I'm sure there are more also.

    There should be a single UserVoice page that customers for any company, like Microsoft, can go to to find all currently active subsites.

  20. Allow emailing the person who entered the suggestion

    There is no way to email a user to get more information about their idea unless they have Voted for the suggestion.
    Users often enter feedback but fail to Vote for their own suggestion (I guess they assume the fact they entered the suggestion means the support it.
    I need to be able to email the person who entered the feedback to get more clarity on what they are asking for but I cannot do that from within the admin console.
