Be able to search for an exact phrase match
When searching ideas, articles or tickets, you can enter a phrase, but you can't do an exact match.
For example, if I only want to see ideas with the phrase "Add a new widget color," I can't. I will pull up any idea with anywhere from one to all of those keywords.
Being able to do an exact search like you can on Google would be super helpful for finding specific ideas, articles or tickets.
This functionality is now available in the Admin Console on the Ideas, Users, and Accounts pages (use double quotes to indicate a phrase).

Hello. I just try the new exact string search with a double quote, but the problem is not corrected. I had a result of 60 tickets with plenty of them without the exact string, only match with one or two words, but not exact string.
See attachment, "trajet s'effectue" is searched and - for example - in the third ticket of the list, the string "trajet s'effectue" is not in this ticket :
- you can compare the string search circled in red in the top left, and the result string circled in red in the bottom right.
- there is no "trajet s'effectue" string in other part of the ticket, and to prove it you can see a search with Firefox in the whole web page find only one occurrence, the search string "trajet s'effectue" in the top left.Could you check it ?

This would be really helpful. I would like the ability to put a phrase in quotes and then have it require that exact phrase to be included. This is extremely frustrating when searching for something like "security overrides" and anything with security or override come back include social security, password security, etc, when security in this context is an account holding and totally unrelated. This type of situation comes up really frequently and makes the site so much more labor intensive to use.

I also need that the search really use the exact content of the string in argument.
In example :
- I'm searching all the tickets that includes "[Mappy local business]". I get 2985 tickets. I do again the search without brackets "Mappy local business" and I get the same 2985 tickets. But it's really different for me, because in the first search I expect only tickets automatically generated with a special Tag, and in the second search I expected all tickets, including the one with people typing "I love Mappy local business".- same problems with search using special characters like "@", "'", ")"...
Constructing search request could be really more powerfull.
