idea description templates When someone is create a new idea from portal, they select a forum and the description has a custom message for that forum. But that message is not displayed when creating new idea in the contributor console or the admin console.
I would like to be able to provide outline or instructions on what to provide when creating an new idea or adding feedback. I was hoping the message that showed in in the web console would also show up in contributor console and admin hub, but since you don't select the forum first, Admin console does not know what…

Remove Unmerged Ideas from Main Idea Feed When I unmerge an idea from another one, I don't want to see it in the old idea's feed anymore. It clutters up the feed with inaccurate and confusing data and on ideas with lots of activity, the more entries that are on the page, the more glitchy the feed gets. I understand the need to have a log of activity, but it's not useful, and potentially misleading, to still see unmerged ideas being displayed.

Need a method to have activity and urgency score be calculated for only a specific segment Right now, Activity and Urgency scores are calculated using all voters/accounts associated with a particular idea. We need a way to show urgency and activity for a particular segment. I imagine this would be a must-have requirement for anyone wanting to do any deeper analysis on different client types, regions, etc.

Provide cheaper plans and gain more customers. Provide a free plan for charities & nonprofits to use, as $39/month is not affordable.
Provide a cheaper plan for very small businesses (e.g. $120/year).
You are only targeting very large corporations and missing out on other organizations with smaller budgets.The people using UserVoice in these cheaper plans may refer higher-paying businesses as well.
So disappointed you are taking away the free plan for charities. This does not look good on your company. What happened to CSR? The least you could do is allow charities to use your platform for free, if you're not going to take any other…

keep email addresses in cc/bcc when added In Tickets, keep any additional cc email addresses if you leave the screen: Multiple times I have added cc email addresses, leave the ticket to view something else, come back and send the email, only to realize those cc's were removed when I left the screen. Suggesting they stay added even if you leave the ticket.

Highlight the open level In the Mx module, highlight the level open on the screen (example 4.1.1) in the right-hand column to make it easier for the user to find.

Expand the Grid column Dropdown Filter The label dropdown filter is needlessly small. Can we expand it down a bit more on the page? See attached.

Option to disable flagging feature Option to disable the flagging feature. Our process does not utilize this feature, and due to our large user base, it is unnecessary and causes a lot of confusion

filter on create date - 7 days Working on set up SLA for triaging ideas. For example, change new status to under review in 2 days, Change Under review to understood in 7 days.
Is it possible to set up an advance filter that allows boolean logic on the created date field ? For example, Status = new and Create date is > Today - 7. This would allow me to create a saved filter that i can run every day and not have to change the create date filter.

Date Display for Ideas/Suggestions Users want to see the date for a suggestion displayed near the title without having to click into the suggestion. Extra points if there is an indication of when a suggestion was last voted on.

Hot Ideas Email We have had requests to be able to email out a "hot list" of suggestions that can be sent to all users in UserVoice on a regular cadence. Users want to be able to up/downvote the idea right from within the email. It would be great if the admins could customize which suggestions are included in that email.

Ability to easily identify the ideas that have been repeatedly flagged with importance Determine which ideas have been flagged multiple times and/or readily find ideas that have been flagged repeatedly after the flag has been cleared

Create sub-forums based on categories We would like to create a forum to post ideas from other forums with specific categories.As an example I'd like to create a forum such as 'Recently delivered' that would show all ideas from existing forums that have a Status 'Delivered'

Parent Idea with Child Ideas rolling up to it Parent ideas with child ideas rolling up to it. Ideally, the parent idea would have to total number of voters, accounts, and revenue and then the child ideas would have their values. "Relating" the ideas could be a way to do this, so that you can select all "related" ideas and see which ideas have the parent idea

Add activity score to table When filtering ideas by a specific date range, I would like to be able to sort by a numerical "Activity Score". The exports have an "Average Activity Score" but I would like the same thing represented on the list view that respects the date range applied.
This is important to easily understand what ideas are the most active AND compare activity month over month.

"Needs Review" does not remove ideas/comments after review action has been made From a labeling & workflow perspective it doesn't make sense that something I've already reviewed stays in the "Needs review" bucket. If there was additional action I needed to take on these then I can access them by clicking "All activity"

Expose Idea Insights to non-admins Provide a way to expose the "Idea Insights" to non-admins, perhaps on the landing page? While non-admins have a way to monitor hot, top, new ideas within individual forum, this would give all users a view on just in, trending ideas, most chatty ideas activity overall.
