Be able to share views from within UserVoice Admins can create their own custom views for suggestions. While you can share the URL with another admin, to share the ideas you are looking at, this is cumbersome and has to be done outside of UserVoice.
Admins would like to be able to share a view from within UserVoice, so other admins can see and access the view from their own Saved View section as well.
12 votesYou can now share a Saved View with your colleagues! Check out this GIF to see it in action. On a Saved View you'll notice a new "Share" button that allows you to share that exact view with another admin.

Be able to pull total number of ideas created, votes cast or comments made for a specific time frame Measuring engagement and activity on a forum over time can be key for customers to track how users are using their forums.
Customers need to be able to set a specific date range, and see:
- total number of suggestions
- total number of votes given or supporters added
- total number of comments made
They need this across all forums or to be able to filter by a specific forum.

Default user language settings aligned with the browser settings Align the default user language settings with the preferred language setting of the browser.
Keep-on providing the ability to change this setting afterwards.3 votesWe have rolled out changes to our multi-language settings!
One of those is those changes is we will honor the user’s browsers language as the default.

Update the hosted JIRA Integration to support secure firewall settings. Currently the documentation on integrating with JIRA requires companies to expose their JIRA to the entire internet. Need to be able to lock it down by hostname or IP address so that the hole in the firewall is not open to the entire internet. Asking UserVoice Customers to open the firewall to the entire internet puts their organization at risk for compromise.

Customized order of columns in Suggestion view Change column order for feedback views. Currently, I need always to scroll to the right to get to the created column. The others inbetween are interesting but I need that one to be one of the first I see.

Contributors can use a web site to add feedback from customers When a contributor is logged into the forum web site, they can add a customer to an existing idea or create a new idea on behalf of the customer.

Remember email selection when doing a merge/updating status/etc Remember the previously selected email address for the reply to on status updates and merge notifications. This way I don't have to manually choose or enter an email address every time.

We’ve released a feature that should improve your experience when setting reply-to email addresses on plublic status updates and suggestion merges.
Now, when you select a reply-to email address for public status updates and suggestion merges, we will remember that address the next time you perform one of those actions. This eliminates you having to set that address every time.

Discarding edits in admin console without asking for confirmation When I edit a suggestion in the admin console, and click somewhere else, the edit pane collapses without asking whether I want to save my changes. I lost all my changes.

This should be fixed. Clicking outside the edit window, should not close it out. You either have to click the X button, Cancel or Save to close the dialogue. If this gives you anymore issues, please contact support@uservoice.com.

Add attachments to features on your Roadmap I'd like to be able to attach files to features, perhaps in a custom field.

Filter should have 'and' logic as default To reduce the number ideas filtered by search, the keywords should be applied with 'and' logic by default.
At the moment, the number of findings increases if you add more key words.
But to make UserVoice a success, it's important to reduce the number of findings to come out with max 10-20 search results to allow the user to find already existing ones for voting instead of entering a new one.
If the search result exceeds 20+, it would be to time consuming for checking all the results and as result, UserVoice would end-up with redundant requests (idea) as in…14 votesHey there!

While we don't support 'and' logic to filter keyword search results by default, we do provide search operators that can be used to further refine the results of your keyword searches. Take a look at this resource to learn more.

Ideas Widget for Private Forums I have a private forum for a feature that is in beta. I would like to have a widget in this new feature that works with the private forum that I have configured for its beta feedback. I am currently working around this by having the widget create a ticket in a queue instead of a suggestion in a forum. I then evaluate the ticket and create a suggestion for it in the forum. Having the widget save suggestions directly to the forum would cut down on my workload and would also provide appropriate instant answers within the widget.

Hi everyone!
We have added this functionality to the product. You can now follow up 1:1 with the user who creates an idea, comments on it or who had a request captured by a contributor.
When the user replies, their reply will be captured within UserVoice as well, so you can keep the conversation within UserVoice.

Browser extension for contributor sidebar I would like an extension for the contributor sidebar so that I can capture feedback on some websites that block bookmarklets; for example twitter, intercom, github, salesforce lightning

Quickly remove labels from list view From a list view, have the ability to remove labels quickly. Right now you need to open the labels and scroll to find the label to deselect it. Can we add a "X" to the label button in the list view to remove quickly (or something similar)?

On the idea grid, labels can now be removed from an idea without opening the label picker. Hovering over a label will reveal an (x) that can be used to clear that label from the idea.

Bulk label actions Be able to apply/remove labels to ideas in bulk
38 votesBulk label modification is now available! From the Suggestions grid you will be able to select multiple items and then use the new “Modify Labels” option under the More Actions menu. You will see the current status of the labels on your selection, and will be able to add or remove labels across the entire selection. There will be an undo option after completing this action. Automtically remind inactive contributors to capture feedback Take the burden of admins/leads and provide means to re-engage contributors who are inactive or have never used their contributor licenses.
3 votesEarlier this month we launched a monthly Contributor Insights email. Similar to the Admin Insights email, the Contributor Insights email notifies contributors of recent status updates and their activity. If they haven’t been active, the email will prompt them to add feedback.
