An error occurred while saving the comment Emily Reidy commentedRegarding Torre's follow up questions:
1. What would you then want to use that data to do?
It would be valuable if an Admin could search / filter on this field. For example, if I'm an Account Exec and I want to see Ideas that are associated with an account that I'm the Account Exec for, I could filter for my name on the "Account Exec" field.2. What action would this allow you to perform that you can't today?
It would allow an Account Exec, Success Exec, etc. to filter on their name to see all Ideas tied to their accounts. Right now, someone from GTM has to find their accounts in the Account Insights report, and then go back to the Ideas grid and manually search for those ideas. There is no way for them to see all Ideas tied to their accounts in one view.Fields we want brought in from Salesforce:
- Account Owner
- Success Account Owner
- Premier Support Engineer
- Technical Account Manager
- Product LiaisonAn error occurred while saving the comment Emily Reidy commentedIt would be great to be able to bring in additional Account fields such as Success Exec, Account Exec, etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Emily Reidy commentedWe use our instance as an internal instance only. Because of that, we only use the internal status update to update the status of an Idea.
When someone clicks on an account in Account Insights and sees the associated Ideas, they should be able to see the Internal Status - not just the Public Status.
Furthermore, it would be nice to be able to choose what fields are exposed in the Account Insights view. Ideally, we would not show the Public Status in the Account Insights view at all.

What would you like to do with tags? Would you want to filter features based on their tags? Please share additional feedback, thanks!
An error occurred while saving the comment Emily Reidy commentedWe would like to be able to filter features based on labels, the same way you can filter Ideas based on labels.
This would allow for more organization / more of a hierarchy in the Features / Roadmap view. Just being able to filter by Product Area does not provide enough flexibility, especially given that we have ~20 different product areas

An error occurred while saving the comment Emily Reidy commentedWe would greatly benefit from this. Right now there is no easy way to measure an SLA around response time by PMs. Our workaround is to manually extract the data and track it in gSheets.

It would be beneficial to set up automations for Yes/No custom fields. We have a customer field for "PM Reviewed / Updated?" and it would be helpful if this automatically turned to "Yes" when a PM updates the internal status.
