Report on Merge Activity Report on merge activity over time to better understand how each admin is contributing to the merge process and to ensure ideas are getting merged properly.

Ability to automatically merge ideas in a saved view to help reduce manual effort and steps needed to manually merge ideas. To be able to just create that saved view and then translate that into automatically merging those ideas

Ability to view most active users submitting feedback We would like to better understand which users are the most active in submitting feedback and supporting ideas in UserVoice so we can reward and thank them for their engagement.

Ability to set alerts when ideas sit for a certain amount of time Would be interested in seeing alerts that can be set up within the system when (for instance) an idea has been under a certain public or internal status for a certain amount of time. For instance, if an idea was set to “Gathering Feedback” for a month and we wanted to get a notification to help move that along into the next phase and public status.

Filter ideas in the idea grid by custom segments The ability to filter ideas based on custom segments created in UserVoice (i.e. viewing ideas submitted by a user in a specific country). Labels won't work since they need to be applied manually.

Shortcut to return to admin console When going into the Users and Accounts management page in UserVoice Admin Console, it routes to a new page. I would like to suggest the ability to click on the UserVoice icon to return to the UserVoice admin console as a shortcut instead of having to click on the drop down menu item of my profile in order to route back to the admin console. Clicking on the organization's icon to go back to the main console is a common aspect among many websites/applications.

Tag a Primary for Merge Ideas When selecting multiple ideas for merging, the primary idea to merge into may get lost or forgotten during the workflow. Find a way to simplify this workflow or mark a primary to make multiple ideas merge easier.

Ability to change the Statuses for ideas Give users ability to change the status on the ideas. Sometimes users don't post ideas but issues and those need to be flagged separately than ideas and we need another status for those.

End users to view ideas and votes from their company Customers are asking for the ability to view all ideas and votes tied to their account because they will have multiple users who post to UserVoice without the others knowing.
If they can see what’s coming out of their organization, they can coordinate better amongst themselves and produce better quality suggestions.
Also they fear that someone within their organization might unknowingly post something sensitive about their company.
