Option to display custom field multiple choice options in a custom (non-alphabetical) order When adding a custom field with multiple options, it'd be useful if these weren't order alphabetically. For example, we have a field that can either be: Small, Medium or Large, however the dropdown lists these options as: Large, Medium, Small. This can be worked around with prefixes etc. But a checkbox ('List alphabetically') that I could uncheck would be ideal.

Idea Only Moderation It would be nice to disable moderation specifically for comments. From what I can see in the settings, there’s an option to turn off moderation entirely, but I’d like to only stop moderating comments while keeping moderation for ideas.

Filter by "Blank" from Idea Grid Column Filtering by blank is great. Are you able to extend that option into the grid view columns? Its a bit hidden within Advanced Filters and would be really quick to just filter from the column header
We can already sort by those columns. i am looking to have a blank option added to the dropdown, similar to how Labels has a "No Label" option

User Sentiment Breakdown Enable a centralized summary view that clearly shows who supports, opposes, or is neutral on an idea, along with their reasoning captured in private feedback or comments.

Add column for "Idea Lists" in All Ideas Main view When using the All Ideas view, it would be helpful to have a column for "Idea Lists" to see if the idea is included on any lists. Currently I have to open each idea to see if it's on a list, which is time consuming and creates re-work.

Return to idea description at top of page and on approval page Hello,
Please return the ability to view an idea in full on the admin approval page. The current functionality has increased steps to review the new idea and already approved ideas (description is no longer at the top of the idea page). I have to scroll through all merged ideas, activity and comments to read the idea.

Copy custom field values on merge When two ideas are merged, it would be great if any values in custom fields were copied across other you lose this information as part of the merge.

More options in advanced search Please update your advanced filters. We need more options. For example, excluding ideas that have been added to an idea list already.
An that's just a simple example. For more complex searches, we need something like JQL in Jira. Thanks!

Segment Importance Ratings by User Groups in Dashboard View Enable the ability to segment importance ratings by user group directly from the dashboard.

Idea Updated timestamp missing corresponding activity The Idea Updated value on many ideas has a timestamp that doesn't match any of the activity listed in the Idea Activity feed. There's a lot of background changes that impact this value.
When sorting Ideas by the Updated field, we're seeing Ideas listed high without any activity making more noise when reviewing activity.

Create notifications for idea lists Similar to the notifications associated to saved view on the idea grid, can we add notifications to an Idea List? just another way our teams can stay in the loop on very specific spaces. also since these are shared spaces, it helps keep everyone aware of changes made. some ideas:
-new ideas added to list
-ideas removed from list
-new votes on ideas
-new comments on ideas
-updated priority on ideas
-status updates
-messages

Filter idea grid by deleted date We would like to be able to filter the grid by deleted state and by the date range in which these ideas were deleted

Bulk add idea to multiple idea lists When viewing an idea details, allow us to select multiple Idea lists to add the idea to vs adding them to idea lists one at a time

Advanced Filtering: Complex And/Or options I want more complex filtering options. For example, if I use advanced filters on labels and I want to return results 'Label A AND (Label B OR Label C)' there is no way to do this. I only have all of, any of, none of. Additonally, when using advanced filters, we are only able to add a single label filter option. So I could theoretically do this action if I was able to create multiple lines

Advanced Filters: Labels dropdown should conform to the latest UX update in advanced filters, the labels dropdown displays as a single tiered list, and not in any logical order. very hard to determine what to select. we would like to see this dropdown as the tiered structure

Filter ideas by Salesforce Integration fields We can currently filter by Account Name which is a field that syncs with Salesforce. It would be AMAZING to be able to filter by additional fields that sync'd from Salesforce. There is huge potential for data insights to be able to filter and show what ideas affect certain types of accounts, or regions, or etc. I know we can do this via segments, but not everyone is able to create those and filtering would be so much more flexible.

List Prioritization: Merged Ideas adopt Priority When merging ideas that exist on Idea Lists, the idea it is merged into should adopt the previous idea list priority? or maybe a dialog to confirm if there is a conflict?
Right now, it is an extra step to assign priority when we merge an idea that already has a priority

Display Flag Reasons and Resolution Details in Grid View Add columns to the grid view to show why an idea was flagged and, if cleared, how the flag was resolved without needing to open the idea details page.

Allow sharing of Idea Lists/Grid Views with groups of people Sharing views so that people can have the see the same filtered list of ideas is incredibly useful, e.g. seeing the top ideas by reach, seeing ideas that have been delivered, seeing the ideas that need work on, etc but the current implementation of views makes this challenging because:
- If you want to share a view with a group of people you have to manually specify them one by one, there is no way of specifying a group of people - in an ideal world I would be able to share a view with everyone in the EMEA Success team…
