Identify if an idea has already been added to an idea list from the "all ideas" grid On the all ideas screen to see if an idea is in an ideas list

Alphabetize Segment Order From the list view, when adding segments, the order of the segments look to be in the order they were created. Is it possible to get these alphabetized? We have quite a few and it would make it easier to find them.

Add sorting (maybe filtering?) to the idea lists and saved view dropdowns starting to created a lot of saved views and idea lists. would be great if we can at least sort those alphabetically in the dropdown

bulk add jira The new idea lists make it super easy to manage monthly release lists. It would be very nice to also ba able to bulk add JIRA links to those ideas.

Make rows more than 100 Make rows more than 100. Since we have a huge backlog doing this would help :)

Would be nice to have a method to group (parent-child) views I manage several forums and have different views for each. Currently the views are displayed in the order that they were created and it takes a minute to find the view I'm looking for depending on the forum I need to manage at that time. It would be ideal to be able to group views and collapse the lists I don't need to see at that moment. To take it a step further, the ability to share tat the parent level i.e., all the views under the parent would save me time as well!

Would like more fields to be allowed to edit in grid (not have to open the idea) It would be a big time saver to be able to edit more fields in grid view. This is possible now with e.g., labels and I understand why you wouldn't want to allow this for some fields such as public statuses (notification/template message implications) but it would be ideal if I could change: Idea Name, Description, custom fields, and forum/category without having to open each item.

Allow filtering on custom field where data type is 'URL' I have a custom field where the data type is URL. Currently columns with that data type can not be filtered on which would be ideal for me.

Follow an Idea or Forum Hi
For our Public facing Ideas that can be 'voted' on, should there be a button for other users/viewers who like the idea to click on so that they can 'Follow' or 'Subscribe' to that idea or Follow/Subscribe to that Forum?1 vote -
Take number of votes into account with concept search When searching in the idea grid, surface ideas with more votes higher in results

Urgency Score Summary or Tool Tip Provide a text summary on suggestions that is being rated with urgency, or offer a tool tip help users understand better what is being taken into account to create this scoring.

"Recent Customer Activity" (on exports) should respect the activity filter in place When filtering by a date range, "Recent Customer Activity" should respect that date range. I frequently run reports per quarter and would like to understand the most active ideas for that quarter. Currently "Recent Activity" only looks at the last 30 days

Admins can "thumbs-up" a comment One of the areas we struggle with the most is keeping up and responding to comments. One way to show customers that we 'hear' them and are considering their user comments, would be to allow admins to thumbs-up a comment so that user knows "we saw it!" Alternatively of course we can do a private reply, but would speed things up for us as admins to thumbs up a handful of comments in the activity view (and even show other commentors that NIQ is still watching an idea closely!)

idea description templates When someone is create a new idea from portal, they select a forum and the description has a custom message for that forum. But that message is not displayed when creating new idea in the contributor console or the admin console.
I would like to be able to provide outline or instructions on what to provide when creating an new idea or adding feedback. I was hoping the message that showed in in the web console would also show up in contributor console and admin hub, but since you don't select the forum first, Admin console does not know what…

Remove Unmerged Ideas from Main Idea Feed When I unmerge an idea from another one, I don't want to see it in the old idea's feed anymore. It clutters up the feed with inaccurate and confusing data and on ideas with lots of activity, the more entries that are on the page, the more glitchy the feed gets. I understand the need to have a log of activity, but it's not useful, and potentially misleading, to still see unmerged ideas being displayed.

Apply Default Status through import API endpoint when status is null In a case when you import an idea without a status specified using the API import endpoint, when both status_name and links.status are null. I'd like the behavior to apply the default status

Allow admins to split ideas multiple times Splitting is something we wanted to have for a long time, but sadly splitting just in two is not enough.
Users love cramming several things into one entry.Initially I though that I can split a list like this into two, then grab the second and split it further — but no, the secondary idea can’t be split any more

User Permissions Configuration for Internal Status Be able to set user permissions on ideas (ie. none, vote and comment, comment only, vote only) based on the internal status configuration.

Carry over support traits into the split idea In the idea split, the comments, internal comments, votes, and subscribers are brought over into the secondary idea. It would be more impactful to bring over the Revenue and Account Traits that the voters are tied to for continuity and contextualization.
