Ungroup or split columns in the idea grid The ability to decouple or split columns in the idea grid to make sub columns more visible.

keyboard shortcuts Introduce keyboard shortcuts into the admin idea and roadmap section e.g. to create, edit ideas, create comments, set status, access search etc.

User and/or Account Based Note/Comments on Ideas We are looking to replace our externally managed client GAP lists with Uservoice exports.
One piece of data we need to recreate is a note/comment field. Unlike the current "Internal Notes" field, we would need to tag the note/comment to either a user or account, so that when we export the data, we can filter to only show those notes/comments that a specific account has on an idea.

Open Idea in New Window in Admin Console Right-clicking an idea on the idea grid to allow the option to open the idea in a separate window.

Filters are difficult to navigate The old UI made it easier to filter through ideas. Additionally it is difficult to navigate through the idea grid to distinguish statuses, votes, and created.

Thanks for your feedback and support of this idea. We have been able to gather perspective on a number of areas in which our filtering experience on the idea grid can be improved. There is not a single solution that addresses all the feedback we've received. With that in mind, I thought it might be helpful to provide a bit more insight into the specific problems, as informed by the themes of this feedback, that we've focused on solving as we being work on this.
- It is hard to visualize what filters are applied when working with a filtered view of the idea grid.
- It is hard to make changes to applied filters directly from the idea grid.
- It is not obvious that filters can be applied and updated on columns in addition to the main idea grid filter (fly-out from the right hand side of the grid).

New List View UX: Delay removing idea from List when applying a new label I currently use a saved view to display all my new, unlabeled ideas. with the new UX, as soon as I apply a label, since it no longer meets the filter criteria (where Label = "No Label") the idea is very quickly removed from the list. This is an issue if I accidently tag the wrong label - which is frequent enough to be annoying.I thing we would be better served for that item to not be removed from list until page refresh (which is what we had in the old UX).

New List Uiew UX: Search field should persist on refresh when searching in a Saved View with the new list view ux, when I refresh the page, the search field clears and I am forced to redo my search.
2 votesThis behavior differs from the previous experience; however, we have found that the new experience is inline with user's expectations of how this should function.
When you navigate to a saved view, you're loading a view which has a specific criteria (which may or may not also include search terms). We've found that when users navigate to a saved view, and they manually reload the page, they expect this to act as a reset, clearing out any changes to filters and resetting to the saved configuration.
When not viewing a saved view (All Ideas), users expected the search terms to persist, which is current behavior.
Thank you for your idea. We have decided to defer further investigation until more feedback is collected.

Public status automation based on internal status setting I would like to be able to set the automation of public status update to a new status once an idea reaches a specific internal status.

Allow users to designate their default "view" for the idea grid Allow users to specify which saved view should be the default view they are given when they return to the idea grid.

Remember what page I was on even after I refresh the page For example, If the user is look ideas 161 through 180 on the idea grid. After refresh, they should remain on that page as opposed to being kicked back to page 1 (ideas 1 - 20).

Column reorder not maintained Adding and removing columns from the column picker shouldn't require the user to reorder the columns that are visible again.

Capitalization Limit Place a capitalization limit in user idea post. Prevent users from submitting an idea using all capitalized letters.
