New Details Page: default open to Insights tab/sticky I like the new details page UX. Could we configure the default page that opens up (currently defaults to Activity) or default to show the last opened tab? We prefer to see the "Insights" tab by default

Fix Description Field to Top of Header during scroll In the new idea field's header, fix the description field at the top of the screen with the title as you scroll through the activity feed.
in general, having a large viewable field before having to click 'More' would be better here too8 votes -
Remove Advanced Filters when Merging Once a new advanced filter is applied, if I try to merge, there is no way to remove the advanced filter to find ideas. This is quite problematic for the use of advanced filters for us.
Commonly, I apply an advanced filter for a specific account to see all of their new ideas. I want to be able to merge ideas from this, but when I try to do so, no ideas are found. When merging, option to not carry over labels Currently, when you merge ideas the labels carry over from the original idea to the merged idea. Most of the time this is fine, however there are time when we don't want that to occur.
Can we please have an option during merge to disable the labels carrying over?

Ability to see all product ideas entered by an organization Would like to be able to view all product ideas entered into product idea system by anyone within our district so we can globally track them.

Advanced Filters Preventing Inline Filtering Once an "advanced filter" is applied, you can no longer inline edit filters directly from the table.
I often need to filter by status or label after I have applied an advanced filter and this creates more steps than is needed.

Automatic idea assigned to admin based on category Enable a feature that automatically assigns ideas to a specific PM based on the category the idea is in.

With a Sort Applied; Wait to Sort the Idea After Making Changes When performing many actions on an Idea on the Grid, when I have a sort active, if I change the Idea and it's now higher or lower in the sort order, the idea "disappears" out of view. This is very jarring and frustrating as I have more changes to make but now the idea has moved.
Please allow changes to be made and do not automatically update the sort order on changes. Add a manual refresh button so that all changes can be made at once and then a refresh.

Action Success Information Banner Blocks Content In the Admin Console, when you perform a merge or any kind of bulk action, a banner is displayed indicating that the action was successful.
The banner covers up important UI elements on the screen like search and filter. Please move it to a better and less obtrusive location.

Automatically assign importance level based on text in Idea description When an Idea comes into the Admin Console in UserVoice, the importance level should be automatically detected from the text in the Idea description.
For example, if the Idea description says "Criticality: 1 - My customer will churn" then the importance level should be assigned the highest level of importance automatically.

Minimize emails from admin user custom field picker With the new emails that get sent via the Admin user custom field picker, our PMs can easily get overwhelmed by emails. Can we get these as a daily digest, or opt out of sending an email (similar to status updates)?

Allow feedback count appear on the grid Allow a column that displays vol of feedback collected against an idea to appear on the grid.

Custom Fields: Support more Date Options The Date custom field selection needs to support more options. Right more it requires a very specific date AND time. We would like an option to convey a more generalized date. Quarter/Year is preferrable. This would allow us to communicate and report on general timeframes.
Right now we have created a select list (Q2 2023, Q3 2023, etc) but we will soon run out of available options (limited to 75) -- not to mention the manual effort to regularly add new options to the select list.

View a list of contributors supporting a group of ideas It would be great to see a list of contributors who have supported a group of ideas whether that is a category of ideas or a curate a list of ideas based on a theme (ie. label) from the grid.

Filter by last updated user activity in the idea grid It would be great to be able to filter by user 'last updated' or new activity (ie. idea, vote, comments, rating) in the idea grid rather than having to click into filters - similar to how other columns can!

Additional text formatting options Especially when we provide internal status updates, it would be very helpful to have additional text formatting options, such as:
-Color
-Highlighting
-Tiered, Bulleted listsAn example of a recent post that could have been greatly helped by additional formatting is attached.

Kanban board for the ideas from end users Our users have asked time again and again about having a Kanban board view like the one we in Roadmaps & Features, but the Ideas & Feedback section. So when a new idea gets suggested by a user, a card will automatically be created and we can manage the status, work process and the overview in the same board.

Extend edit functions for moderation/approval flagged ideas Problem:
When I approve ideas, I can only edit Title, description, category and Attachments. This makes the workflow complicated and long since I have to jump back to the grid and search again for the approved idea if I have to edit the idea further.Solution:
I want to be able to edit ideas in the moderation with all functions that I have when I edit an idea via the grid.
This includes:
- Custom fields
- Internal comments
- Status (internal, external)
- Create Share link
- Add labels
- Link Jira
