Auto-Blocking after spam detection Automatically block users once their activity has been flagged or marked as spam.

Revert approved idea back to needs review/moderation I'd like to be able to revert an idea that was held for moderation back to the queue for review or not approve after approving.

Tag Recommend Labels After Accept We would like to be able to differentiate Recommended Labels from labels the team has applied after the Recommended Labels have been accepted. We'd like to be able to audit them, and also identify recommendations that may not make sense that we need to address or remove after they've been accepted or applied to the Idea.

Advanced Filtering on External Account Id We have multiple accounts with the same name which makes it hard to use advanced filtering of the idea grid based on "Account Name". It would be better for us to be able to filter on External ID so we can ensure we are filtering on the correct account

Move a category to a new forum Create the ability to move a category to a new forum, migrating the ideas alongside the move. The current option of creating a new category, then bulk moving the ideas over create multiple steps. What are the options for moving an entire category (with it's associated idea), to a different forum in a simpler movement.

Filter by "Blank" from Idea Grid Column Filtering by blank is great. Are you able to extend that option into the grid view columns? Its a bit hidden within Advanced Filters and would be really quick to just filter from the column header
We can already sort by those columns. i am looking to have a blank option added to the dropdown, similar to how Labels has a "No Label" option

Segment Importance Ratings by User Groups in Dashboard View Enable the ability to segment importance ratings by user group directly from the dashboard.

Idea Updated timestamp missing corresponding activity The Idea Updated value on many ideas has a timestamp that doesn't match any of the activity listed in the Idea Activity feed. There's a lot of background changes that impact this value.
When sorting Ideas by the Updated field, we're seeing Ideas listed high without any activity making more noise when reviewing activity.

Create notifications for idea lists Similar to the notifications associated to saved view on the idea grid, can we add notifications to an Idea List? just another way our teams can stay in the loop on very specific spaces. also since these are shared spaces, it helps keep everyone aware of changes made. some ideas:
-new ideas added to list
-ideas removed from list
-new votes on ideas
-new comments on ideas
-updated priority on ideas
-status updates
-messages

Filter idea grid by deleted date We would like to be able to filter the grid by deleted state and by the date range in which these ideas were deleted

Display Flag Reasons and Resolution Details in Grid View Add columns to the grid view to show why an idea was flagged and, if cleared, how the flag was resolved without needing to open the idea details page.

Add creator to All Idea list view In the All Idea list view there is no column for who created the idea. This would be a nice addition without having to open up each idea separately.

Expand Idea List Permissions In order to expand idea list adoptions across our org, we need more flexible permissions. Some examples:
View only Admins can create and edit personal idea lists, but once they share they lose edit access. We would like to allow these users to edit lists they create, regardless if they share or not.
Additionally, we need more granularity around view/edit access on Idea Lists. I need to be able to share the list and allow certain individuals to edit or view the list, regardless of view/edit permissions of the individual ideas.

Expose Forum Id in Edit Console It would be a better user experience to expose the forum ID in the edit modal instead of needing to go find it via the api or url

Would like more fields to be allowed to edit in grid (not have to open the idea) It would be a big time saver to be able to edit more fields in grid view. This is possible now with e.g., labels and I understand why you wouldn't want to allow this for some fields such as public statuses (notification/template message implications) but it would be ideal if I could change: Idea Name, Description, custom fields, and forum/category without having to open each item.

Apply Default Status through import API endpoint when status is null In a case when you import an idea without a status specified using the API import endpoint, when both status_name and links.status are null. I'd like the behavior to apply the default status
